I cant really rate it because Ive never been.However, it would be nice to see (website) on a Google search next to, photos, overview and about. It all says the same basic and blan thing.Id like to see the information on services offered along with prices instead of a $ amount off ...Thats great but whats the original price?When i call i dont get an answer so having the info upfront would be greatSo

I cannot say enough great things about Warm Springs Wellness Spa. Brandy and her staff are genuine and care about each person that walks through the doors. They are extremely knowledgeable and educate you on the benefits of the services they provide.I do my best to live a healthy life style by being mindful of the food I eat and going to the gym regularly. I would put too much emphasis on how I looked on the outside and never put much thought of what was going on on the inside. Between the colon hydrotherapy sessions and the ionic foot bath, I was amazed at the difference I felt. My energy levels have increased drastically and I feel so much better.I would highly recommend Warm Springs to anyone looking to better their overall health.

Brandy was amazing and she very informative on the procedure before during and after. I enjoyed Her company and she made me feel very comfortable about my bowel problems! I had an amazing experience at the Warm Springs Wellness Spa. This was my first time getting Hydro Therapy and Bethany was a gem, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the procedure. The level of caring and professionalism was great! I will definitely be back for another session.

The entire facility has a welcoming and calming vibe AND is very clean - the most important factor when Im searching for clinics/spas!!To better detail my personal experience, Id like to share..I had one of the best detoxing experiences at Warm Springs Wellness Center in Murfreesboro last night!Colon Hydrotherapy (colonics), Infrared Sauna session and an Ionic Footbath to top off the evening!!! It’s been years since I’ve had a colonic session and the ionic foot detox was a first for me. Of all the “treatments,” “diets,” “protocols,” and “supplements” I’ve tried to heal and detox, I’ve never felt immediate results like I did last night. The fact that I could actually see what was being extracted from my body is incredible and eye-opening.Colonics – not a topic many are open to discussing but I’m a female in my mid-40s and to say my body’s been through a lot is an understatement. The daily toxic environmental exposures, food, stress, cleaning supplies, our health and beauty products and more wreak havoc on our bodies – internally and externally. I’m sharing because it’s a process I firmly believe works. I’ve been an advocate for nearly a decade and my feelings about it only get stronger. It’s hard to accomplish a deep detox and this does the job!!Ionic Footbath – not only is this an extremely relaxing process and probably one of the most ideal ways to end a busy, stressful day, but it was amazing to see the toxins being pulled out of your body as the minutes went on. Certain colors in the water showed me exactly what my body was detoxing from. It was clear as day that heavy metals were coming out and my liver and joints were being worked on. Fascinating.The whole process is so addicting and I’m set for the next month, with weekly sessions. F I could give this place a ZERO, I would, and its because of the owner, Quinn, so here is my Public Service Announcement for everyone to consider prior to booking your appointment here:I woke up with a horrible head cold the morning of my appt. and called Quinn at 6:30am to cancel, explaining I was ill, apologetic, and wanting to reschedule. She called me back and left me a message that their policy is a 24 hour cancellation and I would have to pay the $99, leaving me only 2 sessions left in my package! I called her almost 5 hours prior to my appointment, I was sick (not wanting to get anyone else ill and feeling awful myself), and she was still going to charge me the whole $99! Horrible!October 8, 2018 UPDATE: Quinn and her attorney Colin are threatening to take me to court for defamation and slander, so I have removed the words thief and phrases like shes stealing from me and dishonest business practices throughout my posts and all comments so that I can still be informative to the public and leave my review here. My intention is not to harm Quinn or her business as Quinn and Colin have accused me of doing, but to inform others before choosing to do business here so they understand the rigidity of Quinns policies. If a medical professional such as Quinn does not allow her patients to cancel an appointment for a medical reason or emergency...basically for any reason if its not within 24 hours, potential customers should know that they themselves could be financially harmed by Quinns policies, just as I have been. Sometimes, we dont know 24 hours prior if we may have a sick child, an emergency, or may be sick ourselves. Most businesses understand that stuff happens, and that this is part of owning a business, and if its not abusive or a no-show, customer service and compassion are the correct way for a business owner to handle these situations.This morning, I again spoke with my cc company and told them to just give her the $99 so I could be done with this foolishness, and they confirmed that not only is Quinn keeping the $99 for the session I cancelled, she is also keeping the other $152 claiming that all unused funds are forfeited and my credit card company cannot help me. So...Quinn made $350 on one $99, 35 minute service, all because I tried to save $50 and bought a package, and now that I dont want to do business with her ever again, she gets to keep what I did not use. Not only that, but she posted a copy of my signature here on FB, which is a HIPPA violation as per my Chiropractor.This has been a very disturbing and disappointing experience with Quinn and Warm Springs Wellness Center, but word of mouth is a powerful thing. I went to her for help with a health issue, and this is the result...Quinn made $251 for services she did not provide. Be aware that this could happen to you. Check out reviews on Yelp and Google...there are several more instances of people just like me who reached out to Quinn for help with their health, and had unapproved charges applied to their credit cards for a number of different reasons, all mandated by Quinn and her extremely rigid policies.There are many other wonderful places in the area that treat their patients wonderfully and understand when a patient needs to cancel an appointment.Give THEM your business. In the end, Ive wound up paying $251 to write this review, but if it helps just one other person to avoid being put through what Quinn has put me through, it was all worth it.

I have done the HCG weight loss program and colonics at warm springs and am very happy with my results. I lost 35 pounds and plan to do the program one more time to meet my goals. Great place, ask for Quinn she is the RN and very helpful.

Please, please I am telling everyone do not waste your time with this place. I scheduled an appointment while I was out of town. Time given me was at 1:30 pm. I called the place at 11:15 this am and did not get an answer. My bank account was charged $99. @ 12:00 noon. No follow up with this place to confirm appointment. I am probably not the only person this had happened to. This is not acceptable and very unprofessional. This is a no star rating.Also on today I received a call from another victim by the name of Grace Fugate that says she also was taken advantage of by this same location and they took $1000.00 from her account.I believe we have a scam artist at hand.I am telling you not to contact this place for a colon hydrotherapy appointment. They do not follow up confirming your appointments but will take the payment right out of your account.

I went to a couple other places in Nashville for a colonic I believed in the therapy but wasnt happy with the places I went to. When I went to Warm Springs Quinn was so knowledgeable and educated me throughout the process. She said to me im not the cheapest but, im the best. And, she was right! I wont trust my body to anyone else. I also did their HCG hormone weight loss program and was thrilled with my results.C.S. Wertlinzer
