Tonyas techniques are helpful and lasting. Shes very learned on how everything is connected and how each muscle impacts my health. I will continue to book appointments with her.

While visiting friends in Murfreesboro,my friend recommended I get a massage at Allen Haven. The experience was great! Ms. Allen is very knowledgeable and had a great manner. My neck was much improved when I left, and she gave me stretches to continue to do when I left. I left with less pain, feeling very relaxed, and ready to continue my vacation!

Only reason not giving 5 stars is because I got cold and there are no blankets (just heated table) BUT I understand why due to the nature of having to be moved around to get the maximum benefit of session!
