I have been with Dr. Horan for over 20 years and hes always been very respectful and helpful and always finds ways to get me the best hearing aids available. His partner Dr. Fevold has also shown his gratitude when helping me and is very professional. I always enjoy getting my hearing aids cleaned by the office manger😁😁.!!! Great People.

It has been over 15 years and it was time to see why my wife keeps saying, “You are ignoring me”.The last checkup I had was in a small trailer Beep Beep Beep done. However, I had no idea how much times have changed, very informative with every test and after. I had a bunch of questions the Dr. was easy to talk to, answer all of them with a take your time approach. I only wish I had a reason why I cannot hear my wife. Hi my name is Todd Chamberlain and Ive been wearing hearing aids for the better part of 39 years.So I know hearing aids and I know excellent service when I see it.And Horan & Fevold Hearing Clinic just plain CRUSH it!Seriously.I am extremely picky when it come to hearing aids and my hearing experience.And.I have put Walt through the ringer to get my hearing aids set up right...and he delivered the goods.(he literally bent-over-backwards to help me!).So, if you are tired of saying what all of the time and tired of the arguments you are having with your spouse because you didnt hear...then you better call them right away!These guys are the best we are lucky to have them here in Moses Lake.

Got an appointment right away due to a cancelation, but seriously why make an appointment when your waiting over 30 minutes in the waiting room and they are truly not kid friendly! If coming for a child better off going some where else or if you are on a time schedule be prepared to be late.
