First time there, everyone was more than kind, caring and very efficient!The wait was a bit tough, 90 minutes. At least I could wait in my car. But considering the pandemic and my visit was to be worked in I was so very glad someone could see me the same day! For that I am thankful!Yes if I can not get in to see my primary doctor I will definitely be calling you again.My nurse was very through,informative and efficient as was Dr. Bradley! I could not be more pleased!

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would do it. This place is an absolute job for an urgent care office. I took my daughter and we waited a good 3.5 hours. We finally had been seen after I repeatedly called asking why my daughter had not been seen. The woman at the desk told me that requesting an appointment online did not matter so do not waste your time doing so. The receptionist kept telling me “10 people still ahead of you” as I repeatedly called to remind them that I made an appointment and my daughter was really sick. They finally brought us back to a room after all of that. They told me she had tested negative for strep, yet the doctor did not even swab her throat. Also said my daughter had a severe ear infection but did not prescribe her any kind of ear drops. I understand covid cases are rising, but my daughter deserved better care than what she received that day. I would never again take my child there. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not take your children there!!

Been to fast pace twice in the past week, once for my daughter and yesterday for myself and the staff was incredible. They took great care of me and my daughter and we are so thankful for the hard-work that they are doing and putting in. The parking lot is full all day long every day right now and they are over worked and under appreciated.They deserve more recognition for the amount of patients they are seeing daily during this new wave of the pandemic. They are working as fast and hard as they can and I can’t imagine the amount of stress and exhaustion they must be feeling, so if you have had a negative experience, try to put yourself in their shoes. I know it can be frustrating but there are so many people needing the same care. Thanks fast pace!

Dr Baldy was very thorough and very caring! She made me feel seen. I didnt feel like cattle like I usually do in Urgent Cares. I would recommend her 100 %. She is a gift. Dont lose her!

The doctor and x-ray tech were very nice and speedy too!The nurse didnt seem to be in any hurry, nor in any rush to find her compassion either. Very unsympathetic. Maybe she was feeling bad. If so, I hope she feels better soon!

At 10:30 I went online and reserved my spot for 1:30. Left home around 1:00 as I had other things to do in town. I figured I would have to wait at least one hour. Well I get a call and was told my wait was probably two and a half hours. That was not acceptable. Why bother reserving a spot and putting all my information in before I get there. Would have been better just to walk in. Not Fast Pace. Your staff needs to work on this process. Needless to say I went back home and cancelled my appointment.

My first time visiting this clinic. New to the area. Really great providers and staff. I had to wait a little but considering the way illness is so widespread, that’s normal. I’d recommend reserving a spot online and filling out your paperwork. It saves a little time and you’re ready to go.

Waited literally 6 hours before seeing a provider. Found out later that there was only 1 provider to handle all sick patients. This is ridiculous considering it was Friday, the state of things and how overwhelmed the office was. The front desk staff doesn’t seem to even understand how it all works and definitely doesn’t understand how to speak to people with compassion and understanding. The only reason I am even ok giving them the single star is because the provider herself was professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Horrible. My mother went here yesterday evening and they told it it was booked up, which was fine. They told her to come back first thing in the morning (9am) and they would see her then. She was one of first people and they asked her if she had an appt. She stated that they told her to come straight in, and she did. The same lady this morning said “we just changed our policy this morning” and was rude about it. I work for the hospital and I know times are crazy but don’t tell someone to come straight in and then “change the policy.” So thank you for your great care.

I have been waiting outside for 3 hours without a phone call. Text message or anything. I understand being backed up and understaffed. But when u have watched the patients turn over 3 or 4 times its a bit much.

I appreciate how quickly we were cared for. Everyone was so kind to my daughter! Im so glad we were able to get stitches there and avoided a trip to the ER! We were in and out quickly and received quality care.

Worst experience here. Took my son for a physical. Needed more info from PCP (we just moved here). Was given the wrong fax number. Wasted 1 full day. Got the correct fax number. PCP faxed documents. Took 2 days to get someone from the office to answer the phones. Now the provider who needs to sign off is out of the office. We are going on 4 DAYS for getting a physical completed. Utter incompetence by this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I went to an ER on Sunday. I Went to Fast Pace Tuesday. As of today I feel 10 times better in less than a day after seeing someone at fast pace rather than the 2 days since visiting the ER. AND I didnt have to wait 5.5 hours to get help.

My daughter was very well taken care of. She loved her experience there so much, she wants to go regularly instead of going to her usual doctors office.

If I could give a ZERO for stars I would. I first recommend that they change their name FAST PACE.... lol. I scheduled or reserved a time online and still Waited for 3 hrs for my son to see the doctor. He had a Covid rapid test done that was negative. I told them I thought the test may be wrong so they done another swab and sent it to the lab. 48-72 hrs to get results. Well after waiting 72 hrs and hadnt received a call back I started to call the office to see of the results were in and never could get anyone to answer or call me back. Finally after 5 days they called to say he was positive for Covid.

The staff and provider were all amazing. Im not from here, and my sinuses reminded me of that as soon as I got off of the plane. Thankfully after my visit to urgent care, Im already feeling much better and will be able to travel back home much more comfortably. Thanks so much. I have already shared my experience with family and friends in the area. Should I find myself in need my next trip here, I would definitely return.

Even tho it’s covid crazy right now the staff was super friendly and fast as could be with the wait times - Morristown is definitely a better place with this clinic and their amazing staff !

My girlfriend and I sat in our car waiting for us to be called in for a COVID test and after just asking the receptionist about an estimated wait time 2 hours in she was completely rude about. Told us we would be next in 30 minutes and after an hour and a half we just left. What a joke. Sat in our car 3 and half hours for nothing

Ive changed my review to 2 stars because today me and my children needed covid tests. I left my kids in the car and ran into to give them my insurance cards and get the paperwork to fill out. When I brought the paperwork back in I was told it would be 3 hours just to be swabbed and we had to wait in the car. Which I totally get. The woman was so rude I was floored. I went back to my car and started calling to see if anyone else had a shorter wait time. Instacare did so when I went in to get our cards back the woman looked me dead in the face and said just a minute SIR loud enough everyone looked at me. Then she denied even having our insurance cards. She finally found them still attached to the clipboard I used to fill out the papers on. So after a hour wait we wasnt even in the computer. Like I said they were packed but she was rude for no reason calling me a man.

So if I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in at 530 on Saturday and the lady must of been ready to go she locked the doors as soon as it hit 530 Also she basically refused to see me cause my insurance card was not In my hand but it says I could have took the paper and it would have worked just fine. Also she was super nice to literally everyone but me an my better half. Definitely need better employees working the front desk . . Just my own opinion guys. Thanks

Absolutely will NOT go back. Noone is in any hurry. We waited for 4 hours for a sports physical. What a joke. And nurses were rood. Absolutely terrible!

Everyone from the desk staff, to the nurses, as well as the doctor were courteous and doing the best they could with how busy they were and how impatient the guests in the lobby were. They kept a positive attitude through being cursed at and yelled at and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Came here 2x first time 3.5 hour wait never saw doctor they gave me rapid test said negative Covid , I said I know i have it in ready to pass out they do blood test 2 days later call yeah you have Delta Covid . I come back 2 weeks later they say i have Covid pneumonia actually saw doctor for 60 seconds . its been 20 days im get worse they wont give me my records to take to Jefferson Memorial. Very unprofessional and you never got a straight answer,

If I could give a zero rating I would. The rudest, unprofessional, and inaccurate test results. Y’all they will state your Covid test is negative and it is not negative. I believe the 200 rapid test is an inaccurate racket for profit. They make money of your fear. The lady performing the test had her mask under her nose snd told me she wasn’t vaccinated. They say they are walk in, but when it comes to the end of the day they are not walk in and close the Covid Petri dish. They don’t wear proper PPE and they profit off contaminating the lobby with Covid germs. They make money off your illness just remember that

I had a foot injury. Fortunately there is an orthopedic doctor available and they can do xrays. Dr. Brice was awesome and so was the nurse. Sorry, forgot her name. I didnt have to wait long for walk-in. About 20 minutes and the wait room was full! They have a monitor to display your 1st name and estimated wait. All together I spent about an hour and a half from check in, to triage, to xray, to doctor, to treatment.

Everyone was very polite. Office was very clean. Very understanding and caring staff.

I thoroughly appreciate the care these people give, they have always heard me out, and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. And it’s saying something that I wish my primary care provider could get things accomplished (and listened half as well!!!) like the staff at Fast Pace, and a big shout out to the orthopedic team that go between the Morristown and Newport locations, between one steroid shot in my shoulder (which now feels terrific!!) and caring for the broke bone in my foot, my recovery time was almost cut in half! I would still be trying to get a walking boot with my PCP... but I wish it wasn’t so hard to get someone on the phone to check appointment times or other reasons.

Too slow for a place that’s centered around being “fast pace”

0 stars would be how I would grade this place. I will not be going back waited 3 hours for doctor to be in room for 2 mins. Staff was rude I know they were busy but there is no excuse to treat people like that I was not the only one the front desk was rude too.

We did the online check in for an appointment at 8:30 am. We didn’t get called back until 9:05am, people who arrived after us were called back before we were, we then waited in the room for another 30 minutes (still waiting.) Point being, the online appointment check-in is pointless as they do not reserve your time-slot.The lady at the front desk was very friendly and so was the nurse who checked vitals. This review does not reflect them. Overall, this urgent care is very slow and inefficient. Expect to spend at least an hour and a half here for a simple sore throat.

Super nice staff. Got me in and out about 30 minutes.Here’s the catch they don’t tell you they are linked to a hospital and they bill you like you went to the emergency room.Wouldn’t have been so bad but they just looked at me and said we will call you a antibiotic hope you get better and walked out.

Wife went by today after slicing her finget night brfore last. She was told they couldnt treat an old injury. This place is a joke.

This place is a rip off. I had to pay $75 upfront they got $250 from my insurance & now Ive got a bill for $175. All I had was a UTI. Never will I step foot n that place again.

Do not go here if you are feeling terribly ill with 101 fever and infection in your lungs while visiting your relatives in good old Tennessee for your grandson’s graduation spending $100’s of dollars in tourists money before next pay on travel grads ect!! Wait in the vehicle. Theyll call yet or the number in the computer wrong and cant walk to the door or call the emergency contact to tell you they are ready for you. Sat here over an hour for a Covid test all because of an error on their part.

I can honestly say l am not one who enjoys going to the Dr but Fast Pace Health changed that for me today. I can recommend using the facility not only for Covid-19 testing but as for a Health care provider. Everyone from the front desk being professional and welcoming to the ever so funny nurse who gave me the injection from HELL for my Pnemonia. Thank you all for everything. If I could make one suggestion however, have a dedicated line or a website specifically for patients. When I called back after missing a call I could never get ahold of anyone again. The phone system is set up somehow and it keeps you in a constant circle of sorts through the animated system. I ended up just waiting for them to call me back a few days later after numerous attempts.Thank you all again,Anthony

I had some concerns after the nurse wore her mask under her nose the whole time she was with me in the exam room...three minutes before that, we were making small talk and she mentioned that shed seen a lot of positive cases in the last few days. Someone needs to educate her on how to wear a mask while testing potential Covid patients, especially high numbers of them.The doctor who gave me my results was very professional and she wore her mask correctly.

Ive been here for two hours for a drug screen. Its almost closeing time and several people have went in front of me. Awful service.

If I could give less than that I would! I went up there sometime last week and the dr read off like 4 or 5 prescriptions she was going to call into my pharmacy on top of giving me a shot for what Id presumed was a UTI. When I tried to go by the pharmacy they told me there was nothing there nor had anyone called in anything for me. I tried to give them a little time thinking with the corona virus they might just be behind. Days later after going to the ER as well Ive still not taken the first antibiotic not even a placebo! Im sure my insurance would also like to know so they can forget to pay like fast pace (BS TOO) forgot about me needing the prescriptions!

With a name like Fast pace you would assume they worked quickly, went to get a rapid test and was told a 3-4 hr wait time, no one inside and only a few cars outside. I think we all need to agree the way the Hamblen County Health Department is doing this is much better.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the wait was not long at all.

Wont return calls. And tell you they are calling you in a prescription but they lie. Refuse to help.

The doctor was polite, respectful and professional about private health issues. Very informative on what I had to do to care for my illness Free parking and handicap parking.Np so Handicap friendly on entering the building.

It’s a little bit of a wait but I love the doctors here. They’re always very informative and loving with my child. He likes them because they’re down to earth and will joke around with him.

Receptionist was very friendly, nurse was kind and compassionate, and prescriber had excellent bedside manner, and the way he presented his advice was top notch

I was in and out in less than an hour and the staff were exceptional! Despite not having insurance the cost was reasonable and I was able to pay all at once rather than get billed at a later date. I hope I don’t have to go to an urgent care facility again soon, but if I do I’ll be going here. Definitely recommend!

Be aware Fast Pace will Bill you as an emergency hospital Bill. Each patient they will charge $667.00. They said they are like emergency hospital but they are not. They are a clinic. Be careful they are fraud and scammers.

Everyone that I encountered, was so awesome! I came in with a bad cut and my finger wrapped in a towel. I was accessed in the lobby - just to be safe. From the front desk, nurse, doctors, everyone was so kind a professional. Easiest stitches I’ve ever had!

Great! Staff is always pleasant. Had xrays done after a fall and followed up with Ortho. Will definitely visit again when needed!

Casey is an amazing practitioner. She is so kind and compassionate and I love the way she shows concern for her patients. This place has always been so nice to me and my family. I’ve also seen Brittany and Alvina and they’re wonderful too. I always go to this place is it’s after hours from my kids primary care doctor.

The staff there is always remarkable and genuine... the staff were able to get me in and treated with professionalism and competency. Alvinia was who took care of me and gave me great patient care even though she was busy trying to keep up with the patient flow she took the time needed to give me the appropriate care and going far and beyond. I was struggling when I walked in and everyone was pleasant and helpful to my care from Michelle up front to Jerry and Trish in the back.

I came in around the end of December with a fever and not feeling great, they tested me for the flu and told me that I didn’t have it. Tested me for a few more things and couldn’t decide what was wrong. They told me that I needed to go to the hospital for further testing to figure out what was wrong. I was here for a total of 4 hours. I ended up spending another 8+ hours and around $1000 at the hospital all to find out that I did have the flu. So incompetent. Cost me a lot of money that I didn’t need to spend and I will never be back.

I visited Fast Pace because I had a pretty bad case of poison ivy. My only wish is that I would have gone sooner! The staff is friendly and service was efficient and I felt much better that same day! I really appreciate it!

We usually see Brittany Baldy & I cant say enough good things about her. Very thorough! Been to this.location many times. My son got a buckle fracture to his wrist while at school & they were quick to do x-rays & set him up with an orthopedic doctor. Also just recently my daughter had been on antibiotics for a week & still suffering from stomach pain, fever, & cough. Again very thorough running tests & found out she had pneumonia. Also I received a follow up call because she was concerned & wanted to know how my daughter was doing.

Unfortunately, we werent there until the last minute due to being a one-car family and husband getting off work, and there were three of us that had to be seen, but they were gracious and took great care of us. Most people would be annoyed and rush through the exams just to get us out of there. We% love this location and the ladies who work here. Thank you for keeping such late hours.

On Sunday morning, I woke up with a sore throat, hacking cough, headache, earache, chills, & fever. I’ve been trying so hard to get back to what I love to do: teaching & substituting. Fast Pace Urgent Care took great care of me especially since I’m trying to avoid antibiotics @ all costs. They gave me 2 shots, & I’m feeling a lot better!!

Very fast! Ive been going here for a while now and I am never disappointed! They check me in and make sure they fully diagnose me properly and call in my meds and give me doctors notes as needed! Excellent staff and even more excellent care!

I would recommend this clinic based on my experience. They were very friendly, worked at a fast pace, but not so fast that I felt rushed or like they werent listening to my concerns. I felt as though they genuinely cared about what they were doing and wanted to try to help me.

Fast pace? Not at all. More like make you wait an hour with your sick child with two other people in the lobby, then tell you they cant take your insurance at Jefferson City location. They had no problem with our insurance all the past times we have been here. We have been waiting about an hour at the Morristown location now. I guess all locations operate the same. We have also had billing issues with fast pace. They are,however, open when other doctor offices are not. Better than nothing 👍

Watched the front desk lady change dates on a school note for a parent and reprint. Handed to them whispering about it, then loudly stated, have a seat and we will get you back soon. Also I feel like my 7yr could have diagnosed me better. NP said, oh I guess the zpac and steroids didnt work( 7days ago) so lets try this one next. Its not a guessing game lady!!

I always have a good experience at the Morristown Fast Pace. The staff is always friendly & helpful even when theyre busy.

For the most part every time we visit it is very fast. Most of the staff are friendly. The Doctors are excellent. We go there when we can’t get into are primary care on short notice.

Everyone was really nice from check in, nurses and provider! I really liked Casey Davis, FNP and I feel much better today after getting a shot and meds prescribed. Wait time was fairly quick too!

Nothing fast about this place. Waited well over an hour to be seen, and there were 6 people in there (patients) max. Didnt give time for my insurance to process the claim and sent me a bill for over $600 just to get prescribed antibiotics. Had to spend an hour on the phone to clear that up. Needless to say, I wont be back. I wish I couldve given .0001⭐️
