Current Administrator is a very questionable character. She puts on a good act, pretending everyone she meets she claims to treat like family. Dont trust her with your loved ones. She made me so very sorry I did. Shes as fake as a $3 bill.

Staff is great. Everyone cares. However the food leaves something to be desired. Can’t seem to get diet soda and iced tea is rare. I asked for a chef salad today. I got a plate of lettuce and shredded cheese. No hard boiled egg, no tomato, no other protein. I am diabetic so at night I should get a snack. Cookies, animal crackers are all that is offered. Not really low sugar snacks.

I never could believe there was a facility as marvelous as this here on Morris, Illinois. First of all, the place is brand new, designed with elegance, decorated by experts in their field. The food is very good and varied. And it seems to please everyone. The personnel seems to go out of their way to please you always with a pleasant smile on their face. In a few words it would be difficult to find another assisted living facility that could possibly offer this much care, comfort.Take my word. I am a very fussy person and do not accept anything unless I find it perfect. The Garden at Park Pointe is the place for anyone who want the BEST.

Both of my parents reside here. Staff is friendly, food is great and best of all my parents are not neglected. They are on top of my parents well being. My mom has been in poor health with multiple hospitalizations. They have notified me at all hours of the day and night if there have been any medical changes. They have taken the stress away from me when it comes to my parents care. My parents are in a safe environment and that is what counts. A comment about Kyras post. My aunt and patents have been at Regency for 4 years. NOT ONCE DID THEY GET A BED SORE. AS far as the nurses and CNAs, I have seen how they treat family, i am there every day. I have seen 0 disrespect. 0! What I would like to see is a pay increase for all staff but the admins. Work is hard, rewards are few. A thank you, a smile or pastry goes a long way.
