The lady Terry that sits up front is a know it all and is very arrogant. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Not sure how she still works there. Try calling them and it’s 20 minute wait times. I would steer clear of them.

Just Very unorganized and unprofessional. They never seem to contact patients about test results. Front Desk lady is always rude, I’m surprised they keep her.
