Dr. Toussaint delivered my son. All the doctors and office staff were wonderful. Things ran well, especially taking into account the were adjusting to a new way of doing things due to the pandemic. The nurses fantastic! I had TONS of appointments being high risk and never had more than a 5 minute wait. Thank you Morris hospital obstetrics

DOC did an amazing job in a high pressure situation double wrapped umbilical cord and baby was upside down. He performed perfectly and un hesitant on his decisions. Also didnt shut anyone out from their input. He worked with the family very well communicative. The end result was successfully delivering an unharmed baby! The nursing staff is beyond incredible treated us with the most respect and like we were family. The environment was very relaxing and not uptight. Anything we asked or needed was done and answered.

Nurses are rude over the phone sometimes but dr toussaint is amazing and has done a lot for me over the years. But doctors cant babysit their nurses. Its hard to get app because theres so many pregnant ladies right now, but once the babies are all born there will be a slower season thats easier. Took four months to get in there. But I got in.

I absolutely was disgusted with the EXTREME lack of professionalism and EXTREME disorganization in this office. I was able to go with my daughter to her prenatal appt. and this office treatment was cold and lazy staff. My daughter and her husband paid in full for their pregnancy appointments and it seems that since this office has their money already and their insurance there is absolutely no concern. My daughter was supposed to be set up with an ultrasound no one knew anything about it. My daughter is a high risk IVF pregnancy and the lack of questions and knowledge that the team of Drs asked or discussed with her was a joke. This seemed like cheap on the corner, chop shop, third world country treatment from entering the door to leaving.I am so disgusted and disappointed that this team of Drs even calls themselves Drs. The staff up front was so busy talking and playing on their phones they had ZERO concern for the patient. NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANY MOM TO BE TO COMMIT TO THIS FACILITY. SERIOUSLY, CONSIDER ANY OTHER POSSIBLE OPTION. Im so sick that my daughter and son in law will have to deal with this facility after going through hell to get to this point, and then end up with this horrible, chop shop treatment. This facility and team of Drs didnt even read her chart. They didnt even talk to her about her results from Loyola. They didnt discuss anything with her. This visit was literally 3 min. for a high risk IVF patient. If there were no stars I would give this facility ZERO. Im so disgusted and so disappointed. No mom to be should have to go through this disorganization, and cold hearted facility.

Although Dr. Toussaint is amazing, the nurses do not care about their patients. I miscarried and found out at the ER after I begged to be scene because something was wrong and the one dr just wanted to check my hormones instead. Which I understand doing but at the same time I feel like an ultrasound would be best considering if I did not go to the ER my hormone levels came back normal so no one would have know. I was miscarrying when I did not show any symptoms. I would have waited almost two weeks to find out the baby had no heartbeat if I did not go to the ER. When I called the office to see what to do next the nurse Brittney told me that sometimes its too early to find a heart beat and to proceed like I was never told I just miscarried until I had my appointment which was a week away. She was not sympathetic at all. She was rude to me over the phone when I mixed up my paperwork with my maiden name and married name. It took a week in a half for them to get my results from the ER in which I had another ER doctor explain it to be when I went 5 days later. Even though the dr. Can not babysit their nurses I suggest getting nurses in that are a bit more compassionate when you go through one of the worst times of your life and have so many questions. Every time I have called Morris the nurses give me an attitude. Ive only had a good experience speaking to Dr. Toussaint, nurse Amanda and any nurse from the channahon location. I will never come here again which is extremely sad considered Dr. Toussaint delivered my little brother and sister and has been amazing towards our family.

I have tried to get an appointment in there since January, but they keep telling me they dont have any available. Last week I called because I was in so much pain, and they told me to go to the hospital. I did, the Dr. there misdiagnosed me, called me yesterday and told me to quit taking my antibiotics and call my OB Dr. So I did today. I got hung up on, told there were no Drs in that I could speak with. I finally got the supervisor and I still could not get an appointment until next week!! I am bleeding internally, and no one at your office has a caring bone in their body. I would never recommend this office to my worst enemy. The office went down hill after Egelsfield passed away..
