This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal cleaning and they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thank you so much to all the staff!

Where do I begin? I’m usually a mess when I go to the dentist because of some bad experiences, but I actually left there smiling and very excited about the future! The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough and explained everything very well. The dentist I saw was very nice, gentle, and very positive about what he could do for me! Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone, but especially people who have a fear of the dentist!

Staff members are friendly and take time to explain what they are doing. They offer insight on how to keep your teeth healthy in between cleanings. Great place!

After my PCP retired I shopped around for a new dentist and had one bad experience after another, but after having a cleaning and several fillings I can say Prairie is my new primary with dentistry. Very reasonable priced, quick but detailed appointments, never had to wait long. All that with a very friendly and experienced staff! I definitely recommend PPFD over anyone else locally.

This place is great! Transferred from another dentist to get a crown done as a new patient. Temporary was done on first appointment, no additional x-rays asked for because the root canal specialist sent post notes and pictures. Both dentist and assistant were very friendly and conversational during waiting periods. Front staff pleasant and friendly as well, costs are also very competitive with insurance. This is definitely going to be a place I recommend and our new current dentist from here on out!

As many do, I suffer from a fear of dentist rooted in a bad experience as a child. Prairie Place was very patient and understanding and Jamie did a great job of not making me feel terrible for my long absence from the dental chair!

Really friendly staff and hard working

Was quoted $50-$75 on the phone to have a crown reattached. Went the next day..Took a xray. Told me they couldnt do the reattachnent. Charged me $103 five minute exam and $40 xray which wasnt quoted on the phone when I called. When I told the girl at desk, the same girl I talked to the day before, she lied straight to my face and said they dont give quotes over the phone. I told her she was a liar and that she was the same person who quoted it. They are over priced for non service.UPDATE:Went to Dr. Lombardis also in Morris . Took me in as a new patient and they reattached my crown. Took about 10 mins and they spent about 45mins consultation.

Wonderful kind gentle staff. I needed to go in for an emergency visit. The Dr. That saw me really eased my worries, and understood how fybromyalgia can effect oral issues .

The problem with this place is that the doctor is never there and when she is supposed to be there she cancels. People can not take days off work so when she cancels she doesnt care that you took a day off and have to take another day because she didnt come in. WHO CAN AFFORD THE DENTIST LET ALONE TAKE DAYS OFF. They do not do Saturdays and late hours. I referred 2 people to them before I new that my doctor sold to them. the 1st person she was canceled on 3 times and my husband was canceled on twice and me once. I strongly recommend you stay away from this place.

I cant say enough about how great this place is. ( I never thought that I would say that about a dental practice.) The 1at person I met at the front desk was Sarah. She was a sweetheart. I am so incredibly picky when it comes to finding anyone in the medical or dental field. My biggest fear in life is having to deal with any of these two fields. Hands down Prairie Place Dental was the kindest, most welcoming place I have ever experienced. They did their best and went out of their way to try to make me feel comfortable. I judge a place beginning with my first intiial call to make an appointment because I need it to be a place that will be kind and understanding. Kevin was so understanding and carried that through to my appointment. Sarah and the doctor were both so patient and were so compassionate. I highly recommend.

This is the best dental office Ive ever been to. They were patient, took time to explain everything and made sure my visit didnt overwhelm me. I need a lot of work done and I will definitely be going back to them.

My hygienist, Jamie always makes me feel comfortable in the chair. She took extra time with me to scan me with a digital scanner, how cool! They have the latest technology here including an oral cancer screening light which is really important to me since I have a history of cancer in my family. Dr Macias was very polite and thorough in her exam. Overall, I had a great experience, I saw a lot of smiles and everyone said hi even though I wasnt their patient. I highly recommend it here!

All personnel work so wrk together. No waiting for them to get set up, they are ready for me as soon as I get there. The entire office is calm which helps me to be calm. I actually dont mind going to the dentist now.They make me feel as though I am their only patient; but Im not. My teeth still feel dirty, and I felt uncomfortable with her reaction to the fact that I never had my crooked teeth fixed. I also shouldnt have to explain why I havent had braces. My nana and I are looking for a new dentist, not sure but I think well keep looking.

This place is terrible!!! I wanted copies of my records to get my invisilign refinement at a different office. Dr Kurian is beyond unprofessional and flat ignorant. He had the nerve to put his finger In my face to scare me. I will never return and will be reporting him to the Illinois dental board. Don’t let your wives or children go their alone. He has no respect for woman. This place has went down hill with management and dentists.
