After many years of being TERRIFIED of going to the dentist due to other dental procedures and appointments going horribly at other places, I finally found somewhere Im not scared to go. It took a lot of appointments to get the mess inwas avoiding for many year back under control but I appreciate their conservative way of doing things. Like what is needed and preventative and what is not and they find a good balance. Would and have recommended to EVERYONE. My kids and myself all go here

I had a great dental experience here. Staff and Dr. King were very nice.

I’ve been a patient at this office for almost 14 years, and have always had a good experience. Everyone has been courteous, friendly and professional. The work on my teeth has also been very high quality.

Had several problems with this office since it has changed ownership. Was told I needed an X-ray told them I didn’t want one made me take one anyway. Went in for a filling explained to the dentist and dental assistant they were hurting me assistant said if it gets wet they would have to start over jaw sore for over two weeks. When I asked to have my dental records forwarded to my new dentist said I would have to have an appointment and sign for them. Hippa requires that you have access to your dental records.They will cold call you for an appointment. Kept calling me during Covid 19 to make an appointment . I cannot make a recommendation for this dental office too much of a sell sell attitude similar to the chain offices like Aspen dental.

So much better than dentists I have used in the past. They really do quality work. Only downside is that there can be a long wait to get an appointment, but the fact that they are that much in demand also says a lot. The staff is very friendly as well.

I have always had great experiences with Dr. Bell and his staff. I have been going here for many years, starting with Dr Jaeschke and now with Dr Bell. I never have more than a 5 minute wait and the staff has always been friendly and attentive. two thumbs up

This office has definitely changed FOR THE WORSE since Keith Jaeshke retired. Billing is definitely an issue. During one visit they were accepting my insurance and then were suddenly out of network and cost me nearly $100 for a general cleaning and x-rays.

I was advised I would need procedures that were absolutely necessary and my insurance declined the procedures based on xrays and other data sent by this office. Further, unless I agreed to the treatment the office refused to fill cavities that were only getting worse with the delay. It felt as if the office didnt care that I had to pay over $500 out of pocket. I got a second opinion and was told the advised procedure really wasn’t necessary. Also, the office staff was rude and condescending which was one of the determining factors in me going elsewhere for dental work.

I really liked this place when Dr. Jaeschke was there, but it has gone downhill. Very long waits to get an appointment, even when you need critical work done. Had pain after they did a crown, and every time I tried to get them to look at it, it was 60-90 days out. I suffered for a year because they overbook. And it has become a revolving door of different dentists, often with little experience. Final straw came when (yet another) inexperienced dentist, with a degree from a fancy school, but no bedside manner or experience, poo-pood the pain in my tooth after their crown. Im not going there just for fun and to be told theres nothing wrong. Went to the dentist across the street who finally fixed what they did by correcting my bite. The crown was too high, but Miss Prissy Pants fancy University was too smug to figure it out and fix it.

Ok. I understand dentists go to school for a long time and have student debt - yadda yadda. However, AND LISTEN CLOSELY - what this place does is borderline unethical. Recommending the most expensive procedure over a more conservative approach is wrong. A patient needs to be made aware of all possible solutions to a dental issue NOT just the most profitable one.And the office staff? How DARE you attempt to administer advice. I reported the hygienist for making a diagnosis she was NOT qualified to make. Do you think people are stupid? Dont you think people know a hygienist is a couple of years of training and NOT dental school?How DARE you attempt to guilt and shame me because I dont agree with your $32,000 dental care plan made especially for me. Implants are NOT always the answer and there is research that shows that half fail. Funny how you dont bring that up during a consultation. Glad I ran out of that place and found a highly ethical dentist.

Dr. Bell shared a graphic photo of himself naked and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Proceed with caution entering a doctor-patient relationship with him.

I had an appointment for a deep cleaning on january of 2017 and got a bill january 2018. My deductable is $175 i paid $150 the day i got the cleaning done. So you would think that i would only owe $25, nope got a bill for $75. The extra $50 charge is from a failed appointment because i didnt call to cancel??? I mean really?? So if i had a family member or something die and it wasnt my first priority to call this place then i get charged $50 on top of that. Good way to conduct business. Wow i will NEVER be going back to this place again!!!!

You should be very weary before getting a cavity filled here. often i find a new dentist here every year, and I do not trust them after having painful side effects

The people that work behind the desk and answer the phone, specifically Mary is extremely rude. I have stopped going there because of that reason alone. they also did a routine cleaning but told my insurance it was a scaling. instead of 100% paid I have to pay 20% because they marked the incorrect procedure. save yourself the hassle find someone else.

They cant even do a simple filling right!
