Seriously, Nick at Walmart Vision in Morris for the win!!! He not only gave us a complimentary 5 day supply of contacts for my son to get by as we wait for an order of contacts to come in. And then same day, my son’s glasses broke. I went back to Walmart and they had the same frame in and quickly were able to change out the lenses! What could have been a bit of a disastrous day where we had no options for my son to see quickly turned around! Thank you for your help!

Everyone was kind and helpful. Eye Dr. makes you feel comfortable and is very nice. Young man helped me pick out my glasses. Thank you for your patience. Great experience, recommend walmart eye center in Morris Illinois.

The dr is gentle kind and explains everything. The other employees are helpful and friendly. Except one. If you go in when she’s there, yeah I can see why some give it a one star.

Ordered glasses on Wendsday,picked them up on monday. Took them back Wednesday, to try to adjust them. Back on Thursday to see Dr. again. Bifocal line was too high. Told them that on Wednesday . Back again on Tuesday. Same problem. Got refund. Guess I should have went elsewhere to begin with. Then they kept my receipt and prescription . Cant go lower than 1 star. 2 weeks, still no glasses. See better out of 10 year old ones that are scratched up.

Dont do it. Unless you want to be impressed as I was with the complete lack of customer service. Gotta try hard to be that bad.
