After I got my hair cut it looked nothing like the picture I showed. I wanted it shaved on the sides and long in the middle but she gave me a bull cut with it swoped on the sides. Im made and getting it re cut tomorrow

I took my 2 oldest boys to get their hair cuts cause it had been awhile. My oldest didnt want a cut but def needed it. The lady didnt do a very good job with the scissors. The other lady that but my younger sons hair did an amazing job! He is hard to get to sit still and she did a good job with him. He looked so good! I will be bringing them back.

I asked for my hair to be short in back and for it to fall below my chin but above my shoulders. No not even close. Even specificllyasked where is that going to fall when its dry. She assured me it would fall where I wanted it. Now I look like the Quaker oats guy or better yet a poodle.how do I add a photo???

I am usually pretty iffy about going to Great Clips but Miranda was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely suggest her when going there!

0 min wait time online so checked in and drove to location. Got to location and first in line on checkin screen but two people getting cuts and 1 waiting. They took all of them first. Been waiting now almost 10 min. I’ve complained before, even talked to the DM. Free cuts are always supposed to be added to my “acct” but i have never gotten one.

Walked right in and they did an amazing job on my sons hair. He loved the lollipop they gave him which was so sweet. We will definitely be back!

I went to get my hair cut in a short bob, bad does not describe what I got! Thank goodness I went to an actual hair salon and they straighten out the mess. Strings of hair hanging long, choppy on the rest. Will not go there again.

This is a great place to get your hair cut for such a low price. Ive been going there for over two years now. The staff is friendly and professional. They even put notes in your file if you like it done a certain way. Karrisa is my favorite stylist. She will always listen carefully to how you want it cut. She does a wonderful job every time.

Nobody in here during visit, but had to wait while other people came in, and cut in front of us for almost 30 minutes. When we got up to leave, then they were able to get us in. Haircuts are ok considering how fast we were ran through.Happened again today. Same location Morris,IL we were first in line and somebody else cut it front of us. Thought after a year it might be better. Staff was friendly but for a shop that advertises “walk in” services, and then people are served at random seems very poor. Never got a response from the email I was asked to send a year ago in my first review.

I always check in with the app. I always wait just a little while but I get a nice cut. Im not the only one in town needing a hair cut so I dont expect to Walk right in and sit right down Thats a commercial, people. The reality of it is, there are more people needing haircuts that there are people giving haircuts so expect to wait a bit during busy hours especially. I always ask for Carissa. Unlike others there, shes figured out my crazy colic and how to work with it. Nice job Carissa! Dont everyone start asking for her now, youll make her less available for me!

They ladies are great with everyone in the family including my little boy with special needs who is quite weary if haircuts.

Just leaving this place and will not be going back! After checking in we waited 30 minutes while only 2 other people were in their with 3 hair dressers.The girl that did my daughters cut did a great job but the one that did my husbands was supposed to line and trim his beard as well. She didnt completely line his beard and told him she was nervous to trim it because she didnt want to go too short. After everything was said and done i ended up paying a hair cut price for my daughters bang trim and they charged me for my husbands beard that they never finished!

Ive been going to GC for several years, but no more. I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and explained the exact lengths that I wanted. I made it very clear I preferred longer than shorter and no down-to-the-skin.What did she do? BUZZZED my around my head like I was joining the military. Ive been disappointed for the last time, Im going elsewhere next time where they might listen to me and cut it the way I ask.

With online check in, the walk right in is a little misleading. Walk right in & wait an hour when no one is even in the shop. I am usually very pleased with the cut I receive.

My wife and I stop in and get two haircuts in NO time at all , been so so easy , never get hurt with tight shave and haircut , and they also have a lot of things you need , and they are nice and fast as ever , lots of places to cut , and they work all day !!
