I had an appointment on nov 16, 2018. I started receiving phone calls from debt collectors on January 1,2021. I have never received a phone call or letter from university medical labs and just found out today it was because since 2018 they have had the WRONG ADDRESS?? And that’s my fault that they had the wrong address? This is just not right and not how a business is ran! I just graduated nursing from WVU and they’re coming for more money during a pandemic that they are the reason I never received it in 2018.
