Dr. Angela Wang is the best. Its always a pleasure to see her. My kids love her. Every time I take my kids to their annual physicals, she tells me how much they grew and how much weight they gain. She is very helpful with filling out school/daycare forms. She is very sweet, I recommend her 100%.

PA Santa Maria is one of the kindest and most helpful providers I have had. He is willing to work with me to come up with and for treatment of my complex medical issues.

Had a dentist appointment there ladies at the front desk are so nice and friendly. Even the dr he was kind and nice explained everything I had to get done.

Sigh... Where to begin.1. Even if you been to the clinic before, you still are required to fill out the same forms over and over again.2. There is zero talk between the front counter and the nurses. I had to repeat myself 4 separate times for the same thing.3. Calling here is a nightmare.4. Appts are always 2-3 months out5. The miscommunication that the docs office hears from what was said to the directly to them.6. They dont give 2 cents about you or what you are in there about.7. Unprofessional nurses and doctorsI reported them to every agency that has to deal with them. I am not the only one. This also has happened to my wife and kids.

Staffing, absolutely horrible. Dr. Angela Wong is amazing. If it werent for the awesome experiences with Dr. Wong I would have surely found a new pediatrician by now. The five stars is STRICTLY because of the Dr. Staffing stars are a 1.

Front office ladies were friendly, polite and efficient. Back office were well prepared and quick. Dr. Wang listened which is the most needed skill for any practitioner. It was my first visit after moving to the area but I was impressed overall.

Very unprofessional clinic !!! First got there waited 1 hr after my set appointment once I go in I tell them my situation and the nurse proceeded to ask me if I wanted a Pap smear and I said no because I was on my days she said well let me ask the doctor and comes back says “ he said NO because you’re on your period “ I was like I said no since the get go… whatever… then I see the male doctor and I tell him how I feel and the reason for my visit and he was so dismissive it was like those times you tell someone you’re feeling sick and they tell you you’re exaggerating very unprofessional clinic never again going back switching my clinic ASAP

I had one of the best experiences at your office than I have had in a long time. The nurses were very awesome. They explained every thing they were doing. The Dr was also awesome. He listened and took his time with me on my very first visit. Actually did more than the first Dr I was seeing. Thank you all for the greatest experience!!

I honestly don’t know how this place has 4 stars.I had an appointment to get some results read to me one month ago. On the day of my appointment, it was over the phone and they told me that after calling my insurance they didn’t cover over the phone visits for test results. I was upset but I understand that those things happen. So I rescheduled and I explained my situation to the person who schedules my next appointment, I told them that it had to be an IN PERSON appointment because of my insurance. The day before my appointment they called me to tell me that it was an over the phone visit. And I told them specifically what had happen and why I was even rescheduling this appointment the person who called to confirmed my appointment called the clinic to make sure and told me that who ever he spoke with told him that it was an over the phone appointment and that it was fine. I should’ve known these people don’t really care about patients. The day of my appointment AGAIN they tell me my insurance didn’t cover this type of visit and I told the nurse that this same situation had already happen to me and that’s why the day before I made sure. She just chuckled and said “will you be able to come in today” it’s so upsetting because you plan your day around these things and for them to just think you can pick up your things and show up. Anyways. Don’t care to get my results from them. Talking to my insurance and finding another doctor.

Dr. Rojas is very concern about my well being. He listens to me and is willing to request approvals for me to see a specialist if we both deem it is necessary. The nurses are polite, the office is very clean and I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

The staff was friendly and patient. I went in with numerous issues to be addressed. Dr. Pham turned out to be exceptionally helpful, professional, kind, and detail oriented. The actual care, referrals, medication, and testing orders were all wonderfully executed. I left feeling heard and with a plan of action. I absolutely recommend him!The reasons I am not giving 5 stars pertain more to communication in advance of the appointment. The office can be a bit hard to get a hold of/ after scheduling online they called to re-schedule. I couldnt get an appointment until 2 weeks later. I didnt take first available because I had a specific doctor in mind. There were some typo errors in my e-mail requiring multiple phone calls, and they failed to inform me prior to showing up that the doctor I had requested was not going to be there. This information should have been provided to me in advance of the appointment. I shouldnt have walked in to a long awaited appointment to hear Oh is it okay the doctor is a male/ not the one you scheduled with.

Waited two weeks for my appointment, and than they call me tell me they have to reschedule me because they are going to be closed. And the next appointment available was in two weeks. That’s very unprofessional. I told the lady that I wasn’t feeling good and that I needed my appointment, she told me that the urgent care was open 24hrs. It seems they don’t care at all.

The staff is so patient and friendly! I’ve been taking my little ones there for a couple of years now and they are always helpful, especially when my kids get their shots and my husband can’t go with me. The Doctor is also amazing, she takes her time to actually conversation about my kids health and is never in a rush! The time to wait to be seen is also not bad. I definitely recommend this clinic over any hospital or other clinic in town! I also want to add that the Dr hosts events for seniors throughout the year...who does that?!

This clinic is amazing! The staff in the front Guadalupe and Daniela always greet me with a smile and are very friendly. The staff are so kind and never rush anything. The doctor answered all my questions and they attend you in a timely manner. I am always pleased with my visits.

This clinic is so far one of the best in town! Diana the front office gal was very friendly and her presence haves a positive energy. If you ever need any help clerical Diana is the girl that will help you get it done! She help me with my kids insurance change she even offered to call and gave the rep all the info they need and made it much easier for me to just Speak with my insurance. Also back office staff is amazing Sandra,Yesenia and Emily all work with my kids and they are really nice. I highly recommend this place I’m happy with knowing that I can count on a good doctor office.

All the staff is great, starting with the office manager Letty. She’s very attentive & very kind. The doctors are very nice. The service is excellent , they answered all my questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lack of communication. Waited outside for an hour just to wait two more hours inside and was only seen for five minutes. Not happy with my first time experience here.

This office is amazing! Doctors and nurses are very helpful and caring and make sure to answer all your questions and concerns. Front staff is always so nice and welcoming. Laura has been helping me with all of my parents appointments and referrals. She does an incredible job at making sure everything gets done right away.

I walked out of that place, after waiting over 2 hours. My plan doctor was changed without letting me know. I arrive 25mins b4 my appointment, had to wait outside in the heat for 35mins. I will never return and I plan to inform my insurance about this clinic.

If you are looking for an obgyn, DO NOT come here. you will not even see the obgyn. they rush your appointments, not a clean environment for you and your baby. they do not give you any information regarding your first ultrasound. although you have an appointment, youll be waiting over an hour and 20 mins to get called back, do your vitals, and have to wait again for another 30 mins. the receptionists seem to be confused most of the time. horrible experience here.

If I could, these guys would get 0 stars. I had them as my primary care for quite some time, and just dealt with all the issues; waiting hours to be seen and terrible customer service by the staff. I called to make an appointment, confirmed over the phone that they still accept my insurance, just to show up and find out that the do not accept it, and havent for a while. Ill save you some time, go find a better doctor, anywhere, even urgent care is better!

The only reason they got one star is because I have to rate them this whole week my results have been sitting there waiting for the doctor to review them and I keep calling to see if she has reviewed them and she hasnt. Not only has it taken so long for my results I waited 4 hrs to get seen at there office. I do not recommend this place its slow an behind on there work an the doctor didnt care to ask me or listen to the things I needed. Do not waist your time like they do yours.

I had to give them 5 stars because even if i was lost went to the wrong clinic theu assisted me rather quickly.

Save YOUR TIME & go elsewhere. I have elderly family that uses this place and now Im looking for a new spot. This place takes forever to get doctor approval for anything! If youre running low on meds or anything else, ask a month in advance, but even then, thats still too late of a notice. If its meds you depend on, make a doctors appt in advance too because sometimes they wont refill your meds without one.

Bad service, I have 1:35 in the consulting room waiting for the doctor for my consultation.

I have 3 years coming to this clinic. All the girls are very kind especially Yara the supervisor always treats me like family. Laura and Diana always help me by clarifying my appointments with specialists because there are times that I do not understand on the phone and they always behave well with me. Sandra is very kind and always smiling. I love coming here.
