I visited Downtown Chiropractic because the night before I had such bad backpain that it woke me up and made me cry. Im not the type to normally have these issues; this was the first time. My regular chiropractor happened to be on vacation when I needed the help... so I scheduled with this place and got let us call him Dr. G. I was happy to get in someplace same day. Dr.G had great bedside manner but that was it. This is the only reason they get one star; his methods for adjusting my were ill (and thats from someone who cracks easily)

Very helpful practitioners. Willing to listen and work with symptoms. I would recommend a mirage before your appointment if you have nexk and back work that needs done. So much more comfortable when the muscles are relaxed and warm.

Downtown Chiropractic is a wonderful place to go for many services.I have gotten a massage and it was GREAT. I really enjoy the staff there. They are down to earth and really care about you and your specific needs. My husband was really happy, they also do DOT physicals. For our family it is a 1 stop shop. Love it. Also very convenient .

Had headache s all the time. Never been to a chiropractor before. But Dr gilbert son adjust ed me and my headache s are gone. They also work on our 9 month old baby as well. And she falls asleep afterwards.

Matt is amazing at what he does! He is very friendly and easy going. He is up front with you and is honest about treatments. They also have affordable cash plans for those who dont have insurance coverage.

Great care, takes time to listen to your concerns. Explains what is happening with muscles, etc. Gives you exercises that will help to quicken your recovery! Very pleased and always get great results without having to come back for numerous repeat visits unless necessary!

I recently injured myself and had sharp pain in my upper left back, Ive never been to a Chiropractor and my wife told me I should go to where she goes, and, I was also due up for a DOT health physical which I found out from their website they can do this also for me, I called and they said head on over. Dr.Matt Gilbertson did the work on my back, the sharp pain is now gone, I am so glad I went here, Thank you Matt, and thanks to Nate and Hope in the front office, super nice and helpful.

Dr Lau is Amazing! He is very knowledgeable. Not only did he realign my back so I was able to walk without pain but he also showed me stretches to do that would help, different things I could try at home for in between appointments, and things that I should try to avoid in order to prevent further damage to my back. I would definitely recommend him!

I was a patient of Dr. Pladsons in the early 2000s, when I was a teenager. He effectively treated headaches that I kept having. Recently, when I was having headaches again, along with upper back pain/stiffness, I went back to him to get adjusted again. I got in quickly and have seen an improvement even after just one treatment. This clinic is efficient, caring, and I highly recommend them!

Though I was in intense pain, Dr. Gilbertson made me feel as comfortable as possible on an uncomfortable situation. My subsequent appointments were always pleasant and easy going. I really appreciate that he made time for me on that Saturday morning.

I highly recommend this clinic. I walked in dealing with a lot of discomfort, unable to sleep and it was difficult to take care of my 35lb two-year old. After my initial appointment I felt so much freedom from the restraints of my discomfort. I continue my care at Pladson-Lau to nurture the release I felt from my first appointment and sustain the alignment I need to get back in the gym to get my back, hips and shoulders healthy again. During the passed few months I suffered from joint, back pain, a killer neck pain. I do a lot of biking also doing cross fit. I didn’t know that human body need adjustment “alignment” like a car lol, however after talking to few people and my girlfriend keep pushing me to visit a chiropractor I decided to give it a shot and visit Dr. Lau and after few cracking and snapping I felt extremely better in terms of joint pain, wide range of motion to do my cross fit, also I became a regular client every other Friday.I like their location because its convenient to where I live, furthermore I became like a friend with Dr. Lau were kind of in the same age and he’s giving me few hard jokes about doing all the activity that I do during summer time ☺ and been student as well.I sincerely and highly recommended to visit them, and try it for your self, I don’t get paid nor benefit by post anything online for them. My name is Darl. I became a patient of Dr. Matt Lau about 2 months ago. I came to him with Degenerative Disc Disease, a dual pathologic fracture of lumbar 5, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis throughout my cervical spine and 3 budging discs.I have to admit, I was very reluctant to see a Chiropractor. After all, Ive never seen a Chiropractor before. And with my chronic back problems, I thought a Chiropractor would do more harm than good. I couldnt have been more wrong. I initially started going to the Pladson-Lau Chiropractic Clinic for relief from neck and shoulder pain due to my profession as a hairdresser. Dr. Lau is great at what he does, hes friendly, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. A couple of weeks ago I started taking my 6-year-old daughter to see Dr. Lau. She does not have any spinal issues, however, she has struggled with multiple bouts of ear infections and is one of many children today who are on the Autism spectrum. Id read articles about chiropractic care helping with health issues other than spinal ones, Id spoken to friends about their experience with chiropractic care for their children and I was looking for another, more holistic approach to helping my daughter. She LOVES going to see Dr. Matt (as she calls him) and we have seen some great gains in her behaviors both at school and at home. I am a firm believer that chiropractic care can treat much more than what most people think it can and my daughter is living proof of that! We are excited to see what the future holds for her and will continue visiting the Pladson-Lau Chiropractic Clinic!

This doesn’t reflect on the chiropractors at all since I didn’t get that far. But the lady answering the phone was beyond rude. I called because I threw my shoulder out and asked if they had an appointment in the morning. She was very rude and made me not want to set an appointment. I went elsewhere.
