We love our doctor. She and her staff are great. Very nice, friendly and very helpful. I gave 4 stars because the glasses selection is very poor. Just wish they had a better selection. I would give the doctor and staff a 5 star.

The doctors and staff were beyond helpful and friendly! They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and even helped me pick out glasses!

We discovered my childs eyesight had changed since her last appointment less than a year ago. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to see her on Monday. They contacted insurance for me and made sure it would all be covered. The entire staff from the front desk to the optometrist were kind and amazing with children. Weve been visiting them once a year for the past three years and we have yet to have anything less than amazing experiences.

This was the most comfortable and relaxed experience! Everyone was really friendly. The process did not take too long, and my appointment started on time. There were no salesy pushes for certain products. They let you freely browse and choose what you want or offer to print your prescription for shopping anywhere you prefer. The staff really took their time to look at my insurance and help me pick what I needed along with what was most covered by my insurance. We will definitely be returning!

Dr. Venard is for very thorough and explains his findings in great detail. His staff is very nice and professional. My daughter has been his patient for 2 years and we both really appreciate the way he explains the process during each appointment. Highly recommend him!

Always a good experience! Staff is great, docs have great bedside manner and I never sit waiting for more than 5 minutes. They handle all the insurance questions with ease and turnaround time is great for both glasses and contacts. They have a new program now that mails the contacts to direct to home also. My family of 4 has been going there for at least 3 years.

My appointment was at 10 am and I sit there til 10:20 I was fixing to leave when they called my name. After that it started going smoothly but I think an hour and 45 minutes is a little much to get an eye exam and order glasses.

I absolutely love Dr. Venard, he is soo patient and will take the time to explain things to you. The atmosphere in the office is just great and friendly and very welcoming.

She don’t just check your charts and move on, she takes the time to explain the photos of your eyeball & the tests she’s doing. I honestly enjoyed my visit very much. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr Venard was great and explained quite a bit as we went through our appointment. And they saw my teenage son and I at the same time, making things much easier on my schedule. My only wish is that they had a larger selection of frames on site. But they do tell you about their Norman location if you don’t find something you like.

I was very impressed with the way this office is ran. All of the staff seemed to know exactly what their job was to have the process run smoothly and did it with a smile. Dr. Newcomer was extremely efficient but still took the time to cover all my concerns. Plus I felt they were taking the cost in consideration which is a big deal to me. Happy I will no longer hate going to the eye doctor!

I always like my visits here as they have a great staff. Dr. Venard was the first optometrist to figure out what was going on with my eyes (a very special case as he says lol) and has helped me understand it and help me with correct prescriptions. Such a great office that my whole family goes to him as well! I absolutely loved this place. The staff were all very helpful and were very kid friendly. The Dr. Was extremely informative about mine and my daughters astigmatism while he also made her laugh and feel comfortable. Before we got there my daughter did not want to wear glasses and after we left and the staff helped pick out the cutest frames for her now she will bit stop asking when we can go pick them up!!! Super glad i chose this eye clinic! Would highly recommend them especially anyone with children!

She actually took the time to sit down with me, show me everything that they were doing, and explained everything thoroughly to me. I loved my experience at Moore Vision Source. They scheduled me an appointment for the very next day. This after I had a previous appointment back in early November with a different optometrist canceled without any notification and rescheduled an entire month later. I was fortunate to have chosen Moore Vision Source because I was given a diagnosis for a potentially dangerous retina problem and advised to seek further treatment with a recommended specialist of my choice. Dr Newcomer (shes definitely not a newcomer) was very patient and explained things very thoroughly so that I understood and seen exactly what she was seeing on my exam.
