I only prefer Naz to do anything. The new people always seem to mess my eyebrows or lashes up completely. They would thread my brows too thin and would destroy the arch completely. The lashes would always fall off in a couple of days. Naz is great, but I would love for her to properly train the staff

At least they used hand sanitizer first. But cannot speak any type of English. I said keep them thick she thought I said thin. Now I look like a fat 1920s flapper. Never coming again. DO BETTER I came religiously.

My first time there & I love it! I got a full set of mink individual lashes & was outta ther in like 30mins! It takes me hours when I go to other place. Naz is so sweet, the whole staff is kind! I’d definitely go back! My lashes lasted a long time also which never happened because I hav naturally short lashes.

Beware I went in and got my lashes, wax, and eyebrow tint upon getting these things done my worker is letting me know how much each service is 10$ for tint and wax 25 for med lashes. So another customer walks in I guess she had never been there before because she asked another ayworker do they apply lashes and how much. The other worker said 30$ not getting any other information weather the length or fullness. The young lady said no just do my eyebrow wax how much will that be the worker replied 20$ keep in mind my worker told me 10$. So its time for me to check out she give me my total all along the owner Naz is hearing her lie to the young lady about the prices. So my total is 70$ I told her Im not paying that I sat hear and listen to you lie to a customer about the price reminded her that I come in here all the time I know the prices and I told the lady what they charged Naz wanted to say she giving me a discount no maam they are crooks and will beat you out your money if you dont know there prices DO NOT LET THEM STEAL FROM YoU!! I did not pay 70 and I let the young lady know they lied Naz we do !! No.. you do not I will be taking my money elsewhere

Best place around to get lashes. Super friendly and low priced. They didnt try to up sale mink lashes or extras. I have really sensitive eyes and Nazs artists make sure to use good quality glue and dont crowd to may lashes in the inner corners. I can not recommend Naz enough. It is really a hidden gem.

Eyelash kept coming off, like the next day she refuse to fix it but was going to charge me even tho it feel off the next day..

I got my eyelashes Done w the long length. They did a wonderful job. Seamless at the top. Beautiful. I recommend to everyone . About a week later, my left eye started to hurt. Took my lashes off, my eye was very swollen. I have had these lashes before and were fine. Please make sure they wash their hands before they touch your face.

My eyebrows were cute but the wax broke my eyebrows out both times i went. I don’t know if its the kind of wax they use or what

Just recently went normally I don’t have any complaints but this time I had to go back two times. The first time my eyelashes look like the where thrown together the second time she filled the in ok get home and while putting on my makeup for a event the lashes started to pull up and hurt so I had to take them off went bk the other lady did them my eyes where so swollen and hurting by Tuesday and they were coming off so had to go to the eye doctor and they gave me eye drops so disappointed this was once my favorite place.

Bad service waited for a hour she was there by herself rushing eyelashes was very thin and glue was showing on the top she did not want to fix them very rude not sanitized at all kept on the same gloves for serval customers used hand sanitizers to clean her gloves very unprofessional will never get my business again

Very dissatisfied. The young lady they had working today (4/27/17) was rude, rolled her eyes after I told her I was not satisfied. She did not use alcohol nor powder on my eyebrows. She simply threaded my eyebrows then asked for money. I was very unhappy with my service.

She does not do a very good job with her Brazilian Waxing, and I noticed the she does not switch out the plastic sheet on her waxing bed. That’s very unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Also, another thing I don’t like about this place when I say I want a particular service, that’s all I want don’t ask me for anything else.
