Absolutely awful. The first time I went there I gave the teller a note with my bill denominations for a withdrawal. She used the computer system to get the bills. She didn’t count them when they came out, I made the mistake of counting them when I got to the car. I then realized she failed to give me a $100 bill. I went back to the counter and she said it was stuck in the machine. 🙄I just left the bank today 9/23/21. I give the teller a note for bill denominations I need. As follows:100- 150- 220- 310- 35- 11- 1She tells me it’s $300…….. You do the math!!Not only are they short staffed af, it’s not that no one wants to work, it’s that they’re not hiring anyone they think is qualified. Well obviously the ones they have now are pitiful. How can you mess up at a BANK!!

Worst Navy Federal location period. Zero sense of urgency, lazy and slow. Plan 2 hours of your day if you need to speak to a customer service representative and definitely dont go near lunch time or you will be waiting for hours.

The services provided are wonderful. The employees are professional, friendly and very helpful to your needs. The major issue I have with this particular branch, is the parking and drive through area.The layout is not large enough or constructed in a way that makes sense. Its extremely inconvenient to park/and or get into line to do drive through services. The wait time is usually around 20-30 mins. If you are parked in the back, it takes sometimes 6 minutes to get out, and theres little driving space to do so. If they address these particular issues, they will have a much higher rating.

You’ll be better off doing everything through online banking. This branch is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t care about your time.

Firstly I love navy federal there is no better bank ! But I seriously need you all to consider building another location in Montgomery on a bigger lot. I have been trying to come here since last 4 days each time being the same outcome. Currently waiting I know I’ll be late to work , but for this 2021 honeys I need you all to consider a second location . At least set up safe ATM locations around town that are navy federal .

I been in the drive through line for more than 45 minutes and its is only 1 car in the front of me they really need help

NFCU overall is a great place to bank and has the best rates on loans. This branch though is an absolute disaster. The parking lot is a trap due to the configuration of the drive through lanes so it takes forever to get in or out. Drive through service is very slow.

It will be better if the parking lot was bigger. Sometimes I have to park out on the side of the road and ask over to the ATM. & (sometimes) when I can get into the parking lot I get blocked in by other cars, and can’t get out until whenever. Other than that everything else is great.

Love Navy Fed and have a had great experience. We’re visiting from out of town and stopped to deposit at this location — they don’t use deposit slips in the drive-thru.... but they will send out a piece of paper for you. Odd and annoying, but still received wonderful and friendly service.

I went online to find out the closing time which is 5:30. I show up and the lobby window states new hours are 4:30 but drive through is open. So I waited 30 minutes for the teller to say they need a thumbprint to cash a check, please come back tomorrow. Why couldn’t I have done a thumbprint at the drive through? I’ve done them before! What a crock!!

Great service. Navy Federal is a Godsend for me. Through them I am becoming financially stable and because they approved me for a loan I was able to consolidate several credit cards for a lower payment. Praise God in Jesus name !He is so good!

I went in there yesterday & I loved everything about it. It usually hate going in banks to open accounts due to the long wait time & lack of customer service. But Anthony Thornton was very nice, funny, & professional. He made my day. So happy I am apart of the navy federal family!

I was having a very, very bad day. Im traveling, and I lost my debit card so I had to drive an hour to get to the nearest branch & use literally the only cash I had (3 whole dollars) just to get enough gas to make it to the bank. When I got there I realized I left my military ID an hour away where Im staying. I had no gas, no money, and no ID so I was understandably very stressed when they told me I needed my ID to get a replacement.The manager of the bank made an exception though, and was the kindest lady I have ever met in my entire life. She very quickly helped me out and I now have a new card. The service is incredible and Im very thankful.

Great bank but drive through is unbelievably slow!!!!! 20 minutes overall waiting, and when I pulled up just one car in front of me! Guess Wells Fargo just got another customer!!!!Btw this isnt the first time, happens Every time I come through their drive thru!

There is not too much to say other than, this is a wonderful bank. Ive enjoyed the three years that Ive been banking with navy federal. NFCU gets things done and when theres a suspicious matter with your card youre notified immediately and reimbursed if something like fraud occurs. To top it off you get a certain amount of cashier checks free which is wonderful because some other local banks charge a fee that I would find to be unnecessary if I am a member. NFCU is extremely reliable and I will continue to bank with them.

EVERY single time I call or go in i have spectacular customer service. I have other accounts, mainly credit unions as well, but Navy Federal by far is the best.
