I call five times to make an appointment for bone density test but their phone always busy. It put me on hold for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of holding, it asked you to leave your phone. They never called you back. Finally, after the fifth phone call to the Arcadia branch, the staff said this branch doesn’t provide bone density test. They wanted me to call San Gabriel or Monterey Park branch. Then I called San Gabriel branch. No one picked up the phone again then it asked you to leave call back phone number but no one called you back. Very bad service. Please dont refer any one to this medical group.

The only English speaking receptionist (an edgy, white, karen) was extremely rude. I asked her for my paperwork back, which should be expected given that nearly every single hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, etc. that I’ve gone to (good or bad) has always given me back my original forms and only kept the copies they made of them. You would think it’s common sense that people would want to keep their original documents with important insurance information on it, but I guess it wasn’t common sense for this woman who never grew out of her edgy teenager phase. She argued with me over why I needed the forms and then gave me a copy of them. However, she still wasn’t done with taking out all of her frustrations out on me so she added in a few more snarky remarks. Then it was finally over. She had finally stopped arguing with me as if her life depended on it, but that was only because I walked away from her. I honestly had a bad feeling about her the moment she rudely, and angrily, yelled “I DON’T SPEAK CHINESE!” to a patient who was just trying to figure out who to talk to. If you don’t like Chinese people then leave California. So please avoid the woman with jet black hair, freckles, a nose ring, tattoos, black vans, and black clothes on (basically the emo girl). This woman hates everyone who is not white, myself included (a Hispanic person).

Avoid this place at all cost !!! My dad had MRI done on May 20, 2020 . They did not obtain approval from the insurance company beforehand. So insurance denied their claim. Now they are sending my dad to collection for a mistake that they made. This is a simple procedure. Get an approval from the insurance company before you perform the test. Do they expect us to get the approval ourselves?!I called to complain, they told us to call the doctor who ordered it instead. Shouldnt they be calling the doctor themselves!?? My dad has cancer, and still going thru chemotherapy, and they expect him to deal with this mistake that they made and sends him to collections!

Avoid this place like the plague. This place treats their patients like money cows.My mother went there to get an ultrasound and the people working there were so rude. She made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour. When she was getting checked the tech was rude to her. She was given vague commands(English is not her first language but can understand basic commands) and had a hard time following them. Which led to the tech yelling at her.After her ultrasound the tech just threw her a little bit of paper towel and told her to clean herself up.Also their sanitation procedure was terrible as well. They told her to lay on a bench without disinfecting it. She asked for it to be disinfected, but the tech ignored her and loudly ordered her to lay on the bench.This place is terrible and treat their patients like money cows. If you do not mind being treated like cows go to this place.

Clean area and has very friendly staff. They are small, but are very busy so please have patience! They also have small parking in the back with a nice friendly security who watches your cars. Go early if possible.

My 2nd time here. I called last week to make an appointment and was told no appointment was needed. I stopped by that same day for an x-ray and was turned away because there were no more x-rays, even though they stop doing x-rays at 4:30pm (it was 11:30am). I was told to go to other affiliated offices, but they were done for the day or no x-ray tech was on site. I waited a week and arrived a little earlier. The office was full of people waiting and the line was short. I noticed they didnt have a sign up that said no more x-rays like they did last week. I was optimistic.I was called up and this receptionist told me with an attitude informed me that I had to wait at least 2 hours to get an x-ray. I told her I had no other choice,, i dont live nearby and that this was absurd and they should do the appointment system. She claimed to not hear me and I told her again. She said they dont do appointments with an attitude. I asked for her name several times and one of those times claimed she didnt hear me and tossed a covid19 questionnaire at me without returning my insurance card or drivers license. I was livid and stepped out to fill out the questionnaire.I went back inside and one of the tech workers came out and took my questionnaire and retrieved my insurance and DL. I dont live anywhere near the area and find it a waste of time being here when all they need to do is create an appointment system. It would run smoother and with less stress. Im going to speak to my primary doctor and my insurance regarding this horrible place. I dont recommend them at all.

The receptionist has an attitude problem. Very rude and unfriendly. People come to this place to get X-ray or other imaging needs requested by their doctors and not to take the attitude from the receptionist. She treats the patients like prisoners. If I can give zero star, Ill do it.

The place is very unorganized and the lines are messed up. They allow people to cut in line and I had to wait 3 hours. The ladies at the front desk are also very rude and gave me an attitude and told me to wait outside and they’ll call my name.

If there is a negative rating, a minus star, this dmg deserves a -10.Who do they think they are? Im calling to make an appt for an annual check up and those people who answer the phone PLAY GOD. Every answer I provided they dont believe and hv to repeat myself. Eventually they dont like my attitude they hang up on me. The second times I call still dont like my attitude they put me on hold for 8+ mins and route my call to answering machine. There are for sure other clinics / places who can provide the same services with GOOD NORMAL PEOPLE COURTESY. dmg is not the only one and for sure will go BK soon with these employer/employee.

This place has very very very bad customer service. They refused to spend just a few more minutes to help me schedule my second appointment because they said they close at 5:30 pm and I need to call back tomorrow. They rushed us out of their facility at exactly 5:30 pm and I need another appointment with them. I got to their place at 5:20 pm. It took them almost 10 minutes to schedule 1 appointment, at 5:30pm, they asked us to leave and refused to schedule the second appointment. UNBELIEVABLE! This is the reason why so many gave them a rating of a big fat 1.

Well for a 1st. Visit I had was today 5-31-19 Friday The techs.were great. They made everything go so smoothly. They are very efficient also here regarding time. Also kept me verbally Informed and updated to the minute. Keep up the great work . I appreciate my experience with you guys. It was all positive. Again you wont be forgotten by me. I bring my mother here for her yearly breast x-ray check up. Before we found DMG, she always dreaded this appointment. Not any more. The X-ray tech is so nice and gentle and gets the procedure done without any pain. My mother and sisters have been regular visitors for for seven years. Thank you X-ray tech Nancy. Highly Recommended.

My mom has a appointment schedule for 2pm 6.12.2019 that was appointed 2 weeks ago. When she called in at noon and have some question and they told her that the appointment was cancelled and unable to provided who tell them to cancelled and who cancelled. There is no Chinese form but they do have spanish which is being races. Do not come here unless you want trouble. Very unprofessional HR and management need to do a better job

I have always had an extremely bad experience here: from the moment Ive called into make an appointment, to the time I go in and am made to wait over an hour, and finally to when I leave. The receptionist are rude and just want to hang up on you. I wanted to ask a quick question and the lady on the phone kept saying Bye, bye, bye, while I was trying to ask her a question. I dont ever feel welcome. They are blunt and dont care what you need. I have worked in multiple medical offices, so I understand how busy it can get, but their customer service is one of the most outrageous. Save your time and frustration and just go to a different office.The other upsetting thing is that I followed all their instructions by drinking tons or water ahead of time. Then I was kept waiting over an hour past my appointment and I told the receptionist that I felt like my bladder wanted to explode and asked me how must sooner I would be seen. They ignored me and just kept telling me soon, soon. Thanks for the UTI.Another time I went, I had drank over 2 liters of water, then when I went in to do the ultrasound, they dont me I didnt drink enough and told me to reschedule. I took off work for the appointment and asked if I could just wait another 30 minutes and try again. They have no empathy and just said No, very busy. Go reschedule. I never want to go back and never wish this horrible place and their horrible customer service upon anyone.

I actually look forward to coming here. Either theyre really nice or I need to get out more often. I think theyre just really nice 😊 Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than expected but thats anywhere you go its not McDonalds people.

Called to make an appointment, they said x rays dont require appt .so walk in and they hahad me waiting for more than an hour while every body else was being attended, they left me waiting . Rascim isnt only for fforeigners, sometimes if you dont speak the communities language you can also be a victim to this. Very disappointed. If zero stars were available that would be my rating.

I showed up around 4:15pm and it was crowded. The lady I spoke to said they wouldnt be able to take me in on time since they close at 5:30 and if I could come in the next day and shell put me down as priority. I went in the next day and it was quick, 15 - 20 minutes and I was done. 4 stars because I did have to wait the next day but they kept their word and I didnt have to wait too long since it was crowded and both times there was no place to sit. Theres only one x-ray room from what I seen and dont have anything metal on, no jeans, piercings.. thatll help speed things up.

Today is April 2, 2018 and I called this lab to make an appt for my mother who was referred to this lab for a CT Scan on abdomen and pelvis. It is a simple CT procedure. Turns out the first available date is in mid May !!! Really?? 90 days waiting for a CT Scan? My mother could have been very sick or died if we have a wait 90 days. This is a lab facility that pays out high referal fee to doctors so many ethnic doctors will use this type of lab for the sake of back end income. Stay away. I ended up calling Pacific Medical Imaging and they took my mother in for the CT Scan with a next day appointment and even offered anyday within the week.

STAY AWAY!! Rude, can barely speak english. Have to question the thorughness and validity of their testing as they are extremely overcrowded and unprofessional. Obviously many people are forced to go here as its the only option their insurance offers. This is how insurance companies save money by funneling high volume amounts of people into small substandard testing/imaging facilities like this one. Call your insurance and demand other options!!! Dont let Obamacare take advantage of you and force you into this hole!

Were here for an x-ray, and my my wife has been waiting more than an hour for something that is supposed to be urgent!!! The waiting area is full and the front office staff seem over whelmed. Very loud and slow process.

The attitude of the front desk here is bad enough. Most of the people who come here to check are elderly people. Can they have a better attitude? Everyone talks fiercely, and there is no patience of medical staff.

I had an examination at the end of August and said that the results will be available every week, but when I made an appointment with the doctor, I said that I had not received the results, so I called and sent the results to the doctor. When I got to the doctor, the results had not yet been received. , Bad attitude during inspection
