It is amazing. We were there for the football training camp. Coaches are great with the kids. They are also learning the skills they need for this fall.

I had not worked out in a public gym in over ten years, but when I was informed of a Clean and Lean Challenge and Boot camp training, something sparked a fire inside. That fire has turned into an inferno of unstoppable desire to be better. The informative and uplifting coaches and staff build you up. I feel that they truly care. Jon and his staff have created a community, not just a place to train. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what truly is a top class training facility that houses a community of positive improvement.

This place has been awesome during covid. They have had volleyball training and have been very diligent with the guidelines. The programs are reasonable and the training g facility is to notch!
