The staff was able to get me and my daughter in ASAP even as new patients, the doctor took care of my problems on the same day (which never happens anymore). Friendly staff too!!

My son and I used Dr. Stephens September of 2012 through March of 2014. It is now July of 2020, and I have now been turned over to collections for unpaid bill. I have never received a bill in the mail. I just noticed this on my credit report this past spring. I disputed the charges in order to get all information on the account. I received a notice today that showed what Dr. Stephen charged and the service and what the insurance paid. I never went to that office without having to pay the co-pay or for other charges that the insurance didnt cover. On the statement today from the collection company, not one payment was listed that I made by check or cash or card that I made on the date of service. Either an employee is doing some underhanded paperwork, or Dr. Stephens is doing some underhanded billing, I dont know which. My wife tried to contact his office by phone earlier this year, covid-19, left several messages and also text, requesting someone to contact us on this matter. And of course no one called, no one texted. Being that this is an 8, EIGHT, year old bill Im sure it has been written off or something. But to send a bill to collection without contacting the patient first is the most backstabbing and cowered action of any professional caregiver.If you are considering using his services. Look for a collection notice in about 6 to 8 years.
