I’m leaving this review because I happen to be looking up the number to my doctors office and noticed several negative review. I thought it be important that I say something about my experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Wiles for 9.5 years. I’ve never had a doctor spend more time with me than her. Yes, they do sometimes run behind but it’s because the doctor spend so much time with each patient. I never feel rushed when I see you, which is very common. I’ve never had an office staff person say anything but nice. And even though I’ve moved pretty far away from the doctors office, I continue to go to this office.

DONT GO HERE. Unsafe and not following proper COVID-19 protocols. Ineffective mask wearing policy.I walked into the waiting room this morning--three patients werent wearing masks and two staff members werent wearing them or were wearing them improperly. Not the kind of professionalism, care, and safeguarding I would expect from a medical establishment in the middle of a pandemic. Shame on you for putting your patients and staff at risk.

Wish Id heeded most of my Monroe friends advice and never called this practice. Dr. Wiles has something to learn about bedside manor.

The staff is very professional and pleasant to talk and deal with. They dont try and rush you trough and are concerned about your health. The facility was clean and well organized. They were really down to earth and very personable. I really like Dr Morris and how explains things in simple terms.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I get placed on holdfor a few mins when calling for an appt, but I understand they have to take care of the patients IN the office first. Ive never waited very long to be taken back or for the doctor to come in. Dr. Wiles is very patient with me and truly cares about her patients. My husband and daughter also come here and Ive always enjoyed the way they take care of them as well.

I have been going here since I was a baby. This doctors office is very family oriented, and is always looking out for the best in its patients. I recommend this office for anyone in the area looking for supreme service and care.

Called to make a first time appointment, as soon as someone answered she said “Walton family medicine this is Beth please hold” but before she even got hold out of her mouth I was placed on hold. I waited for 5 minutes & she finally came back, she made the appointment and told me to call the insurance to make sure they were in network. She was very rude toned the entire time almost like she was upset for even calling. I called the insurance and they were in network, but I just couldn’t get myself to come here. So I called and canceled. I want to make sure wherever I go cares greatly about their patients.

The doctors here have always been great, however, the front staff has been incredibly rude when we have had to call recently.My wife was told she couldnt get an appointment for over a week but then I call back in and get a different receptionist on the phone and Im able to make a next day appointment for her.Its the same receptionist who is rude everytime. I know her name is not Jessica.
