Do not go here, go to Passion of Minds off of Laplaisance rd. Was going here for over 3yr.s and had Medicare insurance and one day they said that I had to start paying cash or find another place to get help. They told me that my insurance wasn’t paying my bills from them. So I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance and they said that they never received a bill from rainbow in the past 3 months. So I asked the bill lady at rainbow about it and she said that rainbow has been sending them bills, and that my insurance wasn’t paying for it’s bills. I know that Uncle Sam is slow at paying their bills, but they do pay them. Went to Passion’s and been VERY happy since, In fact I wish I knew about them when I started this whole thing!!!

Do not deal with this place! They are completely unprofessional and only care about your money. They dont care about you getting sober, they basically let you go as high as you want on methadone. Their counselors preach their religious beliefs at you and could care less about helping you deal with whatever underlying issues that drove you to become an addict. If you can find a different alternative I highly recommend it.

Ridiculous. Paid cash. Never owed a penny. In fact they owe me money. I had take homes for two years. All the sudden Im out. Never even gave me proof of why they said I had to go back to every day. I walked on 140mg and kicked in bed. The councillors knew it too. Never even a recommendation to somewher I could get help. No call to see if I lived through it. Completely unprofessional.

Employees have been really nice and understanding with me. I am very fond of the new doctor there she is very kind as well. Thank you rainbow clinic for going out of your way to help me and be good to me. Pt # 3341

It is what it is. Cant complain. Still cheaper and safer than the other option.

Very helpful good staff. Wanted to help and made a good recovery plan.

Today I did my intake. The staff was really nice & considerate I believe from what I witnessed today that I really have a good fighting chance to finally become clean & sober

Unprofessional, Overflowing, underpaid understaffed negative environment. Promotes no recovery, just drug maintenance done very poorly.

The doctor is a 80 year old quack that speaks poor English. How ever they just got another doctor working there as well hope he stays more then a month. This facility has a hard time keeping there staff.
