Most of the Doctors have left. Only 2 Drs to handle patient load. Then if one Dr is out.....Im trying to talk my husband in changing Urologists. Takes months to get an apt and he has kidney stones!!!

My husband and I have both been in this office for years. This pass time my husband was seen he saw new pa who very pleasant but when called a week or so later just for letters saying he was seen in office on the date he was seen and good to go to work they refused. My husband works off shore anytime they see a dr for issues they just have report say they can come back. They stand we cant do because never said he couldnt go to work which we knew and understood. He just a letter saying just that after several phone they final gave letter. The lady on other phone was rude and unprofessional and clear didnt understand what we were asking but they turn around saying we cant be seen in the office due our behavior well we were never coming back anyways. Btw he pass a kidney that the scan didnt pick up a well. Which die history they should have order a Ct scan.

While I found the physician I see very caring, the office staff and most of the nurses leave much to be desired in compassion and efficiency. The wait to get an appointment (I am already a patient) was over 4 months and the day of my visit I waited almost 3 hours to see my doctor. Also, the main reason I was there could not happen because of the failure of the office and front staff to do their job. I actually arrived early and could have been seen for the reason I made the appt. and then sent back to the waiting room to wait for the doctor to become available. But since that was messed up, I will need to make another visit to see them but I am still waiting on the office nurse to call me back to get that scheduled. Again, you will not find another doctor better than Dr. Lori Fleck but just know that to see her you will have to endure less than professional staff who cant seem to do there job correctly.

One star is even too much!! Didnt even get to see a Dr due to the office staff being inefficent! Very rude as well!!
