I went through a very difficult neck surgery at Springhill Hospital and had to stay in the hospital for a few more days. After the stay at SHH, I was sent to the inpatient rehab center. The staff were great and helped me get better in the next few weeks. I stayed 17 days and shouldve stay a few more but I was ready to come home. The rehab was done in a very easy manner but was needed. A woman by the name of Helen, who worked in the front office, made it her point to remind me of being able to breath and relax to bring my pain level down. Being a sports professional, she knew Id be able to do this. She was a godsend because not only did it help my pain, it helped with sleep also. I must say I havent been able to sleep in years. But with her determination, she made me remember how to do this. Thanks Helen!! I recommend tilhis place with all my fiber. Thanks to the rehab staff for making me better.Oh yes, Zak, Sam still is the slam dunk specialist!!!
