DR. Neumann is a great ENT doctor. Calmly and quickly diagnoses problems. Details treatment medication and/or required extended medical procedures required for your problem. Staff is very attentive and good!

Dr Neumann is a very thorough compassionate doctor. He is very easy to talk and listens to your concerns. He was my mother’s doctor and she had dementia. He was so patient with her and she responded well to him. This is why I chose him. I am so glad I did.

The office is easy of access, with plenty of up close parking, and bright and comfortable inside. The staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and well connected to the larger medical community. Dr. Neumann immediately establishes a close relationship with the patient and is utterly competent, thorough, and careful. I rate it as good as it gets.

Dr Neumann was very attentive to my issue and helped resolve it to the best of his capabilities. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. The only issue was time, 40 minutes late seeing me, my appointment was scheduled for 9:10am, finally called in at 9:54am. Overall, I would recommend.

This was my first visit with DR. Neumann, and I was very impressed. He listened to my concerns, was thorough, respectful and compassionate. He did not rush me and made sure to answer all of my questions. I was equally impressed with the office staff, efficient, competent and compassionate. He does an excellent job of explaining information thoroughly, as well as running every test to rule out issues. It did take a little long to get through everything, but I feel like any office where you have a Doctor who really takes their time with you is going to run behind. I dont mind waiting when I know I am receiving quality and thoughtful care, and him and his team offered just that!

Dr. Neumann did a great job with my sons procedure this morning. He’s very compassionate and caring about his patients. I was nervous about putting my 2 year old under but their anesthesiologist Amanda helped ease my nerves and explained everything in a very clear manner and she was the sweetest to my Ross. Also, the recovery nurse Lisa went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable when he woke up. ❤️

I recently had a pretty large sinus surgery. Dr Neumann and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations. I had a non related health issue that had me admitted to the hospital the day after surgery and he called to check on me and was available any time I had a question about handling post op issues while in the hospital. He is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Neumann was exactly what he had hoped for and more in an ENT for my 3 year old. He made her feel comfortable, and went over everything thoroughly. We are so very thankful for him and could not recommend him enough.

I am fortunate to have located an ENT in this area that is very competent, cordial, and up-to-date with the latest knowledge pertaining to my life-long issues with allergies.

I have been a sinus/allergy sufferer for over 10 years. I would visit my primary and urgent care several times each year for sinus pain and congestion. Each visit was the same...shot and antibiotics. I finally found Dr. Neumann! He actually listens and he genuinely cares! I felt so comfortable, I had sinus surgery within a couple of weeks of meeting him. He fixed my broken nose, deviated septum and opened my sinuses. I had immediate relief! He has been a Godsend! His staff and nurses are polite and caring as well. Ive even paid a visit to the allergy center and they are just as sweet. 5 stars!!

Great doctor, great nurses in allergy where get treatments and testing. Only one issue related to allergy shots and anyone on Beta Blockers. Be sure to remind them. Mine was minor.

I saw Dr. Neumann for my initial visit on 3/5/20. I quickly discovered he, his nurse, audiologist, and office staff live up to their may their glowing reviews & recommendations posted here and from numerous Facebook friends. Dr. Neumann treated me for a lingering chronic cough from recurrent bronchitis.I also needed audio tests (both ears) from a DARLING, professional young lady, then went back downstairs to DrN’s office to discuss what I should do next about my hearing loss. I will be going back for further help. I loved the positive energy in the office - that begins with Dr.Neumann and permeates the entire office. They were prompt, but never curt; professional but with a genuine warmth perhaps not always expected in such a large medical group.I recommend Dr. Alfred Neumann, unreservedly.

My fiance had terrible breathing problems due to years of not treating a broken nose. He was somehow able to perform deviated septum/turbinate reduction surgery on her, and did an outstanding job. Post operation is going very smoothly as well.
