Eugene showed up in response to a call regarding the bedside suction wasnt working as well as it should. We did not make the call but later found out that the nurse who originally set it up had placed the call but once she tweaked the settings, it then appeared to be working fine. Eugene was professional and seemed to really care. Was very pleased with the visit.
