I had all needed documents. I signed in at 945ish. It was over an hour before someone saw me. I am simply here for a drug screening. The Asian guy in the back is extremely low. He is walking around making himself look busy. The older ladies at the front desk are ok. But once they do your paperwork, prepare to rest up for a WHILE.I have no doubt that they are doing this on purpose. This was during Hurricane Sally. They are all walking around trying to figure out what time they are getting off work. Its very disorganized at this facility. For someone to be here over an hour. To urninate into a cup. That process only took 12 minutes max. But that physical side of it took 45 minutes.Yes, I get it, the pandemic has slowed things down. But, no... Yall are slow. And rude, like we owe you something to do your job. I promise if I ever have to come back. It wont be to this location for sure.

Front desk tryed to turn me away because I didnt have the drug screening paper printed. Called ahead of time and explained it was on my phone emailed as a PDF [the instructionson this form even suggest you show them on your smart phone BTW] . And said she could not print for me. She could tell I was upset then she offered to print it. Why even get me worked up if your able to print it. The old lady at the front desk cant multi task and is lazy as can be. This place is a joke. And something that should of taken 5 mins takes longer than a hour. If there was a option for no stars it would have been more appropriate.

Very slow, feels like a free clinic. Bring gloves and sanitizing wipes. Did I mention how slow it was?

The fact that this place remains in business is more astonishing than putting a man on the moon. Let’s just disregard the rude employees at the front desk, because that’s about what you expect at this kind of place. The greatest disregard for overall customer satisfaction that I’ve ever witnessed resides in this beautiful brick building. I went in for a simple vaccination, and was there for over 3 hours.... with an appointment! If you are forced to go to this place for any kind of shots/testing here’s what you should do: make an appointment as early as possible, show up and check in, go home, cook some breakfast, pack a lunch, take the dog for a walk, watch the morning news, and head back up there to get called back. The lunch you packed will come in handy when you are sitting around a few hours later waiting for something to happen. Infirmary Industrial has a critical need to reevaluate their processes. It is clear that they operate with zero respect for the time or livelihood of their patients (customers). They should repaint the side of the building with a giant clown mural, because this place is an absolute joke!

My boyfriend had a drug test done. He said they guy wouldnt take his pee at 96°. The guy was an Asian gay guy. This isnt the first time this guy has done this he did it to his other coworkers too! This guy told my boyfriend he could not pee in front of anyone else. It had to be him. Then when he didnt the guy said Im not taking your pee & cost my boyfriend a job. Someone get this guy out the clinic!!!

I went for a drug test on June 24, 2019. The front desk lady is beyond rude with no since of multitasking. The young black lady in the back and the Asian guy are very disrespectful giving each other looks and laughing when they saw me come in for a second time. No professionalism what so ever not only that the wait time is ridiculous also the lady at the front desk left to go to the post office with a lobby full of other people. What’s even worse is that all of this is happening while I’m sitting in the lobby writing this. Now the Asian guy just asked me what happened with my last drug test which is a personal question that you should’ve asked when I get to the back... like I said no since of professionalism and poor attitudes for people who play with urine all day

Was in an out of a pre-employment drug screen in around 30 minutes. Staff was nice and professional. They even had a place for my kiddos to sit and wait!!! Great overall experience!!! After a horrible experience at Providence Occupational Health, would definitely recommend them if given a choice with your employer.

Hope I never have to go there again. Was failed on drug test because I take pain meds and I had the meds with the label on the bottle. The woman at the front desk has the personality of a mop. The nurse or whatever she claims to be told me I had to have a stress test done because I have a heart stint. Told her I just had an arterial gram and she told me that those test were not conclusive and that a stress test was. Called my cardiologist and told him what happened and he died laughing and said if she had any medical degree she would know she was wrong. Was at this joke of a place 2 and a half hours for a prehire drug screen that turned into a complete physical and the job is part time 3 days a week. Avoid this place

I took my husband to see Dr may for a possible hernia. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to see the dr when we were finally called back the nurse was awesome but the dr sucked. He took all of 5 minutes to do the exam then walked out of the room without giving us a diagnosis or telling us anything other than go see a general surgeon. We left knowing as much as we did when we arrived. I will never take anyone i love back to this place or recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience.

Went there for pulled muscle in back. Dr.May with out looking at back. Informed me he dont prescribe narcotics. And told me to take advil. Even though chart says Im allergic to aspirin and advil. Wasnt there for narcotics. At most muscle relaxer or steroid shot in ass. I could got that at urgent care. Can you say quack. Dr. May (quack) did not even look at me. Did not even touch me. Sent me to xray. Then right out door. No further diagnosis. No seeing the Dr. Just the door .this place takes the care out of healthcare. Dont go here.

Im a nurse and so is my sister and I went to this horrible place with her to have her drug screen done. The board approved this place on their list of sites where she could go, why Im not sure. The staff is very slow and unprofessional, she waited 2.5 hrs for a drug collection, so we left. We did find a place on the list by the name Mobile Site Collections my sister was in and out 20 mins maybe. They are small, but the only focus on UDS and BAT, no physicals, workmans comp etc. Companies really need to start looking into facilities service before sending ppl to IMC. No one should have to wait 2.5 hrs to pee in a cup and then have to pay!!! UGH!!
