Dr. Mitchell is an outstanding physician. She is brilliant, caring, curious, & very experienced. She cared for our dying mother and because of this care, three of her daughters.

Update: Ive been unceremoniously dismissed from the practice without reason. Review verified and justified lmaooo.Dr Mitchell is an average doctor at best. She does not possess a remarkable bedside manner nor is she performing miracles in her office. Which is fine, if it wasnt for 3 important patient factors. 1. Long wait times, both in the office and in scheduling appointments; 2. Minimal contact with the doctor during an appointment; and 3. Total negligence and disregard in returning patient calls. Numerous times Ive contacted her office with questions and concerns regarding my medications and care, only to be contacted a week later (no seriously, literally 7 days or more at least) by a nurse who has an attitude and no report of a response or action taken by Dr Mitchell or a nurse. And this is after multiple follow up calls. Im not sure what type of procedures the office has, but in my own clinical work, it has always been unacceptable to not return a patients call with a resolution before close of business. So, if youd like a mediocre doctor whos too busy to see and respond to you, come see Dr Mitchell and her nurses. Id imagine service and patient care at any of the board of healths clinics is superior to this offices. And I have private insurance.
