When I first walked in to Soleo, I was so weak and sick that holding my head up was a full time job. Then entire staff is unbelievably kind and understanding. They were the first place where I felt like someone cared about what I was enduring. I have had to bring my five year old and they all pitched in to entertain and take the very busy monkey off my hands for the time needed. My deliveries are always correct, always prompt and the gentlemen that deliver are also very kind. I have been battling for years and never knew the kind of compassion Soleo shows still existed. I would recommend NO other place! Of course, if you like sitting in a room full of other sick people, under French fry warmers then feel free. For me, I wouldn’t trade My nurses, my pharmacists or any of the staff at Soleo for anything in the world! Thank each and every one of you for my excellent care!!!

Incompetent. Yes thats the word. Either they are completely stupid or just dont give a damn. Never got a shipment right. When you call to correct it they listen very nicely, say no problem and somewhere between going in one ear and out the other everything gets lost. The corrected shipment is wrong too and also has a lot of stuff you dont want added in. Do yourself and your insurance company a big favor and ask your doctor to use a different company. If you dont, just rember I TOLD YOU SO!!!
