I called six days ago and spent almost 30 minutes on the phone giving details concerning homeowners coverage. I was told that within a few days that I would hear from someone named Steve. Its been six days and no call from Steve. So, I called and asked for Steve. Well, Steve is own another line and will call you right back. Its been two hours and no call from Steve. They also tell me that they have no record of my call from last week. Pretty sure these are not good people to do business with.

Not only was everyone friendly and professional, they cut my home owners insurance in half. Then I asked them about my car insurance, they cut that by almost 25%.
