Ive been going to Dr. Glusman for many years and trust him completely to take care of my eyes. His staff are always friendly, professional, and courteous.

Good place. They hooked me up. They gave me free sample contacts until my insurance would pay for a 6 month supply. Doctor is competent and fast.

The entire staff is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Great customer service and very personal. Ive used EyeCare Associates for a very long time.It started with Dr. Duval (who was just superb) when the office was on Cottage Hill, now Dr. Glusman (a great optometrist with a NICE sock game). Very happy with Eyecare Associates.

Theirs a reason EyeCare places shut down and this place right off hand. Is horrible they answer the phone hold you on the phone for 5mins without saying anything hung up called again and for someone like me being in the working class I dont carry my insurance card with me they couldnt even take the approintment and allow me to call back later with the information. Other part my wife uses this place and referred me to them. But, unfortunately I may make her go somewhere else as well. If your not in a hurry this place is for you. But, if your in a hurry go somewhere else.

Everyone is very friendly and competent. They know their jobs well. The office is run efficiently and effectively. Dr. Glusman is personable and genuinely cares about his patients. V is thorough and confident. Its always a pleasure to see her. The Optician that fitted me for glasses took her time and made me feel special. There were two people waiting behind me, but she showed me the attention as if I was her only customer.

Had a wonderful experience COVID style last week. Everyone was very friendly (which is rare lately!) Clean, organized, and Dr. Glusman was wonderful. My glasses experience was great too.

The staff was friendly and Dr. Elkins was personable and knowledgeable. However, they added a lot of extra things to the lenses that ran the price way up. When I got the glasses, they had the prescription wrong. I took them back and they were going to redo them. I told them how the close up prescription needed to be adjusted but they said it would be too much and ordered them like they wanted. I called when I hadnt heard in a couple weeks and they had forgotten to send them off. When they came in, it was just the lenses and no frames. They didnt have the frames in stock so they would have to order them. I live two hours from the office and didnt want to make yet another trip so they said they would mail them to me. When I got them today, they should have listened to me as the focal point is still too close. Ive had five interactions with them and have been dissatisfied with all five. They are very nice, but cant seem to get things done right.

I went to this Dr. About 2 years ago. My glasses were like 500.00 with insurance. I thought that was way to much. Well went back for ck up. 2 years later. I was told I hadOver paid last time by 150.00 . So I ordered more glasses. Well I changed my mind. And told them to cancel the order. Mind u it was like 30 min. Later. They told me the could not refund my money for 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks later I got the 150.00 they owned me FOR 2 YEARS WITH OUT INTEREST. and its been about 6 weeks and still the 170.00 has not ben sent to me. DONT GO TO THESES PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY. AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. IVE CALLED THEM EVERY 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO MONEY. IVE NEVER HAD A DR. KEEP OVER PAYMENT. FOR 2 YEARS. IF I OVER PAY. THE DR. WILL SEND IT AT THE END OF THE YEAR. WHEN THEY COLSE THE BOOKS FOR THE YEAR. SO U CANT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THE LADY CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THE HAD MONEY AND THEY WOULD SEND IT BACK WHEN THEY GOT AROUND TO IT .WOULD DONT GIVE A DATE. ... SHE WAS VERY RUDE I TOLD HER I WOULD PUT IT ON THE POST IT . SHE SAID WE DONT CARE. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY......

The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr. Glusman is highly skilled with an excellent “bedside manner.”

My recent purchase of two reading glasses and one pair of sunglasses was a surprising and most pleasant experience. Ashley compared the two current promotions to find me the very best price. Then, several days later, I received a call that my glasses had arrived, but Eyecare Associates had rejected them after inspection and had ordered a new fabrication. Wow! Just a few days after that, I went to pick up my new remakes. I was not satisfied with the field of vision they offered, and Ashley showed me the three types of lenses available. I selected a set with a broader field of vision and, in spite of the $80 increase each of the three sets would entail, placed my order. The next day, Ashley called to tell me she had discussed my case with the manager, and they had decided to wave all further fees, so these three new pairs would be free! Double-wow! I was impressed and, frankly, touched by the empathy, attention, personal concern, and expert service I received from Eyecare Associates. EA went out of their way and beyond all my expectations to insure a fair and positive experience for me, and I simply cannot recommend them enough! Definitely be my go-to eye care specialists from now on.

My visit with EyeCare Associates was very good . First Class services.

Due to a series of mistakes, I found myself in Daphne AL with no contacts, eye glasses, and an empty right eye of the necessary contact. I have terrible eyesight with my right eye being a -8.50. It is very difficult to find any eye MD who has this contact in stock. Note this is the Friday before 2018 New Year and have to drive back to ATLANTA GA. Called my home eye MD, who is part of the EyeCare network. They suggested I try contacting EyeCare Associates in the area. This recommendation led me here.Ashley, in Dr. Glusmans office, was so helpful, pleasant, & professional. They saved my life by having in stock a -8.50 contact!! If I lived in this area, I would definitely make this EyeCare center my home for all my eye needs. I am so grateful for their assistance. Thank you, thank you!

Frauds. The eye doctor is great, but they are yet another medical company taking advantage of people that have insurance. if you pay case the over priced glass frames are 50% off. if you have insurance you have to pay $350 or more for frames then after you insurance allowance you end up paying the same amount as someone with out insurance. its unethical and they should be shut down or penalized for this. do not go here.

I’ll say the staff were great, Doc was very interested in what brought me there (my wife’s bidding) and quick to explain my eyes were much older than my handsome boyish looks. Geez, buy a guy a drink first.Would have given six stars, but they had peppermints instead of lollipops.

Ive seen Dr. Glusman for over 20 years, since I was child. I value his practice and care for his patients so much! The staff are excellent and very patient centered as well!

I was coming from a great doctor’s office in another city and was hesitant about making the change. Then while waiting to see the doctor, the staff asked me about purchasing glasses. That was somewhat offputting, as I had not even been examined. But Dr. Glusman was wonderful. That made me feel at ease since my feathers had been ruffled a little.

I visited Eye care on Friday October 29,2021, the doctor that treated me was very polite, and thorough, with my exam. She took her time and wasn’t to fast for me to focus like some doctors have done in the past. But never here I mean other places that I’ve had exams before. Last year I went to one of those in and out places and was very dissatisfied with the exam through zoom and cold never really see with the eyeglasses I am glad to be back with Eye Care.
