Ive been a patient for years and have received excellent care and kindness always. Ive been worked in several times for sudden onset of pain. Dr. Arata is both professional and compassionate.

When I first called the lady did not have very good customer service manners. Then to get told a day before they have to reschedule, still two weeks out was a very big inconvenience. Then when I said I will have to fine someone else it was like, will ok bye. You will think you will fit me in but nope it was forgot me. I will never go somewhere where they do not care about the new patients at all never again.

Had the worst experience ever...

Absolutely the best he has done major work and repair work on the front teeth and not only do they look great they have held up beautifully
