I would recommend this eye doctor. The staff are amazingly helpful and patient. The work wonderful with kids as well. The wait time is less than expected and they honestly exceed all of my expectations. My whole family is fortunate enough to use glasses and we all see Dr. Franklin. I give 5 stars also the representative on the eye glass fit side Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all for all you do.

The doc was great. Thorough and fast, but answered all my questions. Erica was honest about how different frames looked and put me in the best deal she had. I would definitely recommend this store.

I received both pair of my glasses in 17 minutes , the eye exam took about 10 minutes. I absolutely love the environment love the staff Erica is so awesome doctor Franklin is the best ophthalmologist out there!

My recent visit to Eyemart Express was simply Outstanding! Dr. Franklin, as always, professionally and patiently examined my eyes and provided a superbly accurate prescription. Then Ms. Erica courteously explained her best 2-pair pkg eyewear options specifically suited for my current vision challenges. As a customer, I simply could not be more pleased, given the overall stellar service I was provided, receiving both new pairs, (Progressive Business and also Progressive Stylish Sunglasses), within 2 hours. They even afforded me a military discount, and eyeglass cleaner for life. I could only rate this business with 5 Stars, but on a scale of 1-10, they earned a 20, in my humble opinion.

I recently had my eye exam and got a pair of glasses and i must say the eye doctor there is awesome. He really took his time making sure i got the most out of my exam and was extremely nice during the process.After the exam it was time to select eyeglasses frames and i had the sweetest most helpful lady Brittney help me select the best frames for me. Brittney also made my lenses for me on the spot while i waited. I was amazed it inly took her 15 minutes to make them and have them ready during the same visit!I would recommend this place to anyone they are awesome!

This is the slowest I have ever gotten a pair of glasses. They sold me glasses and did not tell me that their machine was broken. It has been 4 days since i ordered my glasses and I still have yet to get a pair.

I broke my glasses on NYE, and my prescription was out of date by two years. Everyone at Eyemart was so so helpful. Their doctor was fast and friendly, and helped me get even better lenses than I had before. Jordan helped me out on the floor and I cannot even begin to describe how great she was. She helped me choose frames, explained the deals they were running and got us checked out really quickly. She was so nice and is incredible at her job. This entire process didn’t take more than two hours. I even had a slight issue with one of my lenses and Jordan and Kay made sure that BOTH of my lenses got completely replaced that same day within 30 minutes. The customer service here is incredible. I highly recommend them and their deals, I spent about $200, but for me that is really cheap considering I was able to get two pairs of glasses that I absolutely love!! Don’t go to Lenscrafters or anywhere else, none of them were nearly as kind and helpful as Eyemart. I can’t wait to go back soon to get my partner new glasses as well!

Great experience from start to finish. I’ve used other eye stores in the past. Eyemart by far was way better. The entire staff and Dr Franklin were very professional. Erica was awesome at helping me pick out my glasses. The best part is that my glasses were ready in 2 hours unlike the other places that take 2 weeks or more. I highly recommend Eyemart if you need your vision checked and/or need contacts or glasses.

Just before Covid-19 started, I went somewhere else to have my eyes examined and to get new glasses. What I ended up getting were so unusable, that I ended up taking them back. Then Covid hit and most places that needed to get up close and personal, closed, so I was stuck wearing a pair of glasses that definitely needed to be replaced. Then as in true 2020 fashion, I broke those glasses and ended up wearing the pair from before the ones that I broke, about 4 1/2 years old. I wore them all summer because I spent most of the summer out of the area, when things started to open back up, I didnt go get get rechecked because I was away from home, what if I had another issue with them, so I suffered on. Finally I got home and things settled down enough that I ended up making an appointment with Dr. Franklin for a complete eye exam. My wife was with me and she was so impressed that she made an appointment right there for the following day. Dr. Franklin was great, very knowledgeable and very personable. He communicated everything very effectively and has a great bed side manner. Ordering the glasses was a great experience also, Kay was great and my glasses were ready in an hour, but since we were going back the next day for my wifes eye exam, I picked them up then. We both had a great experience and will highly recommend Dr. Franklin and the Mobile Eyemart Express store to any and everyone that we know needing glasses or an eye exam in the future. I had previously went somewhere (LensCrafters) and it was A over priced awful experience . My daughter said Eyemart express was having a great promotion. We went in and they had a fantastic selection of frames. The special was such a great savings it was even better than using my insurance. She walked out with two pairs of glasses including lenses and a few other options she needed in her prescription for under $200 you cannot beat that they are fully insured no matter how many times they break they will be fixed without any deductibles.The best part is they were made on site with in an hour. My daughter was extremely happy.

The staff in Dr. Franklin’s office gave me superb service! The office is neat and clean and the ladies are super nice and informative! Doc is funny, nice, kind and above all concerned! He was very patient and informative! The ladies in the eye mart: Jordan, Ms. Kay and the other young lady( sorry I forgot her name) were all very supportive! We all laughed and they encouraged me when trying to find the correct frame for my face! I have bragged on the staff and the facility! I love my glasses and will definitely be back! The icing on the cake was, my glasses were ready in 30 minutes! Omg! I love the staff members at EyeMart! Keep up the good work!!!

They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a pair of glasses yesterday. She had broken hers and school starts Monday. They had them ready in 11 mins. I highly recommend them.

This place of business went above and beyond the normal with me. I told them about my experience that I was dealing with with another eyeglass company here in town. It would be a couple two to three weeks before I would actually get my glasses back from the other company because when they came in they were damaged and they had to resend them back out. I am a delivery driver so I was unable to work for three weeks waiting on the order to come in. I went to eyemart... Erica was who approached me and I told her my dilemma she not only helped me pick out a reasonable pair of glasses she also spoke with the guy/gal that makes glasses and they put my order in as an emergency and within a few hours I had me a pair of glasses to wear until my original ones come in from the other company. Now I feel that if someones going to go out of their way to help you in a time of need like that you need to give them a five-star rating so just want you to know if you all want a good place to go that has a good heart for their customers reasonable pricing and goes out of their way to please you its a place to keep repeating going...

I needed new glasses and have VSP insurance. A VSP in-network store told me it would be 6-8 weeks for glasses so I looked for an out-of-network store that made glasses in house. Found this new Eyemart. Dr. Franklin is very personable and his staff had me in and out quickly without an appointment. Erica was great about getting me glasses immediately since I drive a lot for work. They took off the insurance payment amounts without me having to hassle with turning in receipts to VSP. Best of all, I got two pair of glasses for less than one through a VSP in network provider. Will definitely be back!
