The employees are useless and dont care if they help you.Cashiers are slow and just want to look at thier phones.

Nice store for the outdoors enthusiasts. Very clean and pleasant inside. I was not greeted my entire time while shopping with my family. I am an avid fisherman and enjoyed their fishing poles and accessories section.

This place is so cool! They have literally everything outdoorsy here. It takes a while to get assistance from someone as it seems there are not very many employees around, but once they get a moment to help you theyre very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured by them to buy anything. I came back the next day to make my big purchase and the employees that recognized me were really excited for me and made me feel celebrated. Really cool when strangers are happy for you!

Love this sporting store and this location has everything including a full size Dick’s attached with an interior pass through. One of the best fishing sections in Mobile, AL. They even have a resident fishing expert. Love the display of taxidermy mounts through the store. Someone had a panda bear going kayaking, very funny. Really great prices and I love the way they do sliding discounts using colored dots with up to 75% off. If you can’t find it then ask for help the staff was very knowledgeable. Great shopping plaza too because they also have a Costco right across the parking lot.

Very limited selection for womens hunting gear. There was only a small 5ft rack of 1 brand of bibs and 0 womens hunting footwear. Wasted stop!

Place sucks! Can never find anyone working in the fishing tackle depth since that man with all the hair quit. He knew his stuff! If there ask for Marion. Hes about 156 years old and he seems to be the only one that knows anything.

Paced back and forth for 10 - 15 min at the firearms section as the two guys behind each counter weren’t particularly busy or helping anyone else, but would avoid eye contact whenever I approached for assistance. I get that everywhere is under-staffed with the pandemic, but they made zero effort to help this customer in any capacity or to even inquire if I needed anything. From reading other reviews this seems to be a consistent theme in said section.

Still had a few guns on the shelf. No ammo though, partly from employees buying it before it hits the shelves. Worse part is they run their mouths acting as if they are proud about it.

I would give them 5 stars, but they always cause me to spend too much money.

The store is well kept and clean. It has a good selection of clothes and some hunting equipment available. Sadly what I was mostly looking for was not available.

Its hot as hell in there. The sale prices were excellent though. I couldnt stay long due to the heat inside the store. The staff was busy talking to each other so I didnt want to interrupt and ask where certain brand were located. I didnt find that or the heat very inviting. I will probably go there again when the temp is under 60 degrees.

Its nice I have no real reason to say anything bad about them. Clean store, not crowded and friendly enough staff. Field and Stream is no Bass Pro Shop. But still a good store to go to every once in a while.

This store is easy to get to from I-65 and it has lots of parking. Inside it is kept well organized, so finding your gear is no problem. Restrooms are easy to find and are in good condition.During my last visit their customer service was great in helping me find the outdoor apparel I wanted buy.If you are looking for a great selection of outdoor gear plan a trip to this Field and Stream.

Live it had a very good time

Went in today to look at a pistol. Two guys behind the counter. One was on a computer and spoke as I walked by. As I passed the other who was on his phone near the pistols he didnt speak, but continued looking at his phone. I stood there about 5 minutes looking while he played on his phone. Then the guy at the computer called him over. So I looked a few more minutes and then left. Wont bother stopping by there again.

Im not one who is very into outdoor activities, but I was here with friends and I must say that the selection of things to buy as well the prices seem very good. An employee who worked there came over and offered to help us find what we were looking for, and was just very pleasant to converse with in general. If you havent been here before and are looking for a place to shop for outdoor supplies and equipment, then this seems like a good place to start.

Was checking out the guns. Been in there 3 diff times and spoke with 3 diff employees about the firearms and was very impressed with their knowledge of the guns. I learn something new every time. Thanks guys.

I’m down in mobile al. Exploring so I had to check it out! great parking lot very easy to inter&exit. No mask needed to enter so that was great. Had several long guns and pistols surprisingly just very very little of ammo it was pretty scarce some reloading supply’s though an great fishing supply’s with many varieties to pick from even seen Abu Garcia bait casters

Love the store. Some of the best gear you can buy or order and have shipped almost anywhere they have a store.

Went to buy a fishing shirt and ended up buying 4 because of the selections.

Most employees that sell firearms are rude for some reason, and all three guys working the counter today were no exception. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even looked at me. When I asked questions, they seemed annoyed. Maybe its my tattoos, or maybe they incorrectly assumed I dont have money. Either way, incredibly rude staff and I wont be back. I ended up spending several hundred dollars in firearm accessories at a much friendlier, locally owned place. Corporate loses to small business again.

This was once a great store to shop. Now its disheveled and lots of open space.

It was/is disappointing. Stock is extremely low. Hardly any firearms, hunting accessories such as scents or game cameras were not to be found. Camping supplies were unavailable as well. Im beginning to think they do not want hunters to shop at Field and Stream.

If your going for a basic starter hunting rifle or a multi purpose hunting shotgun this is the place to get it selection of pistols and revolvers is pretty good, they buy used firearms as well.If your looking for magazines and accessories, its hit or miss as they dont have control over what inventory they get shipped.Clearance isle is worth looking at every visit and ammo selection is pretty well rounded.

Was told they price match. I found ALL of the targets cheaper on those competitors sites that they said they price match. The salesman went to his boss to show him what I found. He came back and told me that his boss said NO they would lose too much money selling the targets to me for the matched prices.Example one deer target said 225 here and 169 at one of the competitors that they can price match. He said no! Another target said 129 here and 69.95 at a competitor that they price match with and they said NO!Will not be bringing my business here ever again. You cant say price match and then choose not too because you didnt like your competitors prices. You either price match or you dont!

Fishing department needs a restock badly. Been empty for weeks.

The decor is nice and everything is organized. I love coming here to get my fishing supplies. I just wish items were a little cheaper, but fishing isnt cheap anyways. Only complaint is that they usually only have one register open.

These guys are very organized! We went in an hour before closing and they all were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. You can tell their team knows their stuff and are happy to help.

Any outdoors store is good, but this is no comparison to Bass Pro Shop.

First time, and wont be my last time visiting this store. Great environment with a great selection.Doc over in the firearms department helped me make a selection as well as educated me a good bit on firearms and the current laws surrounded them, and gave me some pointers as to local places to shoot. If you need anything firearm related, go see Mike (AKA: Doc)!

Excellent customer service at the gun counter. Allen, the person helping me, was very informative and patient. He took his time to show me exactly what I asked him to show me but he also had a very good recommendation. He really knows his stuff. He made it so easy to make a final decision on my purchase. WOW so big !! They have everything you need for every sport. Clothes, guns, boats, stuff for fishing,and so much more. Don’t have room to write it all down. You have to go and check this place OUT . You won’t believe your eyes .

They have really good prices on their store brand kayaks and Perception. Better prices than Bass Pro shop on most things.

Non-existent customer service. You get greeted upon entry, then its up to you to find what you are looking for, and then expected pay top dollar on way out. This is NOT a one time occurrence. It was not worth my trouble to hunt around and attempt to find help. It is their job to find and help me.

Its ok. Didnt have every thing a good sporting goods store should.

A good store thats worth a visit. A ton of kayaks, camping gear and cast iron. Its a Bass Pro Lite. They have brand that arent available at Bass Pro. And its connected to a Dicks Sporting Goods. You can shop at both stores and check out in either. A very convenient concept. The parking lot is easy to get in and out off. And theres a Dickeys BBQ in the same shopping center.

Amazing customer service. Whitney and Seth went above and beyond making sure I had great service. Seth price matched my item and saved me 100.00. I am more than happy with this school.

Found some great things on sale. The personnel need to be a little more informed of the current sales in store.

Sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me with the merchandise I was looking for.

Love to be outside? This is the place to shop. So many cool big kid toys. Always something I want here.

The store is nice except for the restrooms. I usually come here to burn time after lunch and I tend to use the restrooms often. They are always dirty and things broken. The sink barley had water pressure, allof the toilet paper dispensers are broken, the hand towel dispenser is broken and rigged up to be a manual one. It’s says a lot about a place by how the treat a restroom in my opinion. I’ll spare you the photos.

Jeremiah was a standout in my shopping experience. I’m from out of town and had some time to fish. He wanted to know how I was going to fish-tailor a setup that will work and was genuinely interested in seeing me catch fish I’ll be back with this level of service.

Looking for 1 1/2 in by 12 sausage casings everywhere and could only find it here. Some of us make sausage year round. These guys get it. Prices are good too.

Excellent service and they price matched our snake boots from lacrosse and ordered them from lacrosse for us.

Store was very clean and well organized just not very big.

After the third time being caught in a thunderstorm with sandals, I decided to pop in Field & Stream for a new pair of rain boots. The sweet lady in the shoe department found me the last pair of my size boots in the color I wanted. Then, she told me they were on sale! Those are my favorite words!! So, for once I got exactly what I needed on the first try and for less money! Score! Originally $40+ and I walked out with them for $22 and I even donated to the local sports teams, too. Win-win.

Nice selection of stuff but no one acknowledged us walked around looking for someone to see if they had what we needed but ended up leaving without our purchase. Oh well went down the road and got what we needed at another outdoor store.
