Horrible customer service. Went in to get information about the savings accounts they had. The representative kept glancing at her watch. Didnt want to explain anything just gave us flyers. It seemed like she just wanted to rush us out the door. I definitely will not be bringing my business to them and do not recommend.

Take your business elsewhere. They said I had charge off from 2011, and took money out of my account 1 day before house payment . I’ve been banking with them for over a year and just now they see that? Took over an hour to get any answers . They said I wouldn’t be able to open other accounts which I have and also with them. I won’t ever bring my business here or even recommend to anyone

I made the mistake of getting a loan with them. Now I have to pay for it for years. The loan started of when they were at HEB. For some reason that went south and there no longer there. Now i have to go in person to the bank that is in the center of town. Everysingle time i go theres miles of line. This company refuses to invest in a computer system that you can make your payment online. I REGRET GOING THROUGH THEM.. If you have the oportunity to go through another more uptodate bank do so. Unless you like to make miles of line for your monthly payments, spend 1hr or more every month of lines. If I could give them a review of Zero i would.

Great bank... After 15 years they have always been good to me. Even when my credit took a hit, they worked with me as best as possible!!

I opened my account with a fairly good sized initial deposit on Dec 14, they told me my funds would be available in 9 business days, or specifically by the 28th.

Great interest rates. Quick service. Low atm fees.

Horrible service! This bank seems to be taking steps back instead of forward. Worst customer service ive experience. Services are lame and inconvenient.

Worst customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of help and consideration towards their customers. Don’t show empathy for inconveniences, basically say “sorry we can’t help, is that all, ok bye.” Bank with someone else if you can. I will be cancelling my account.
