Beautiful new office, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring staff. What more could you ask for?

The staff and doctor are amazing. Each staff was so helpful and went the extra mile to serve me during my visit. The doctor spent time with me to insure that she answered all of my questions. I was not rushed out of the office, and was so thankful. They are definitely a service oriented doctor’s office. The best I have been to since I moved to South Florida 20 years ago! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

The wait to see her was short, her staff fully preps her with medical info and history in order to make her time with me effective. She spent quality time talking and understanding my concerns- much more time than other providers have spent. Listen first I love customer service. Dr Zembrana has been my PCP since 2019. This was my second visit and the customer service is so amazing, from the time you call to schedule the appointment the receptionist is so nice and you can tell she enjoys what she does and when I get to the office they are even nicer. Talking to Dr Zembrana is a breath of fresh air I asked a lot of questions about health and some concerns and she answered all of the questions with care and tells me what I need to do. Talking to her literally feels like talking to a caring mom. I would recommend her to anyone. Love her!

She is such a wonderful doctor, caring, very patient. She explains things thoroughly & doesn’t rush you out the door like other doctors. Her office staff is very efficient. If you call the same day, they will Call you back same day. No problems with calling in scripts to pharmacy either, some drs make you wait forever. I am so glad I found them.

I found Dr. Zambrana during a Google search, and Im not disappointed that I frequented her office. I received an appointment right away, and I must say that she is a great doctor with a great team. She is attentive and listens before prescribing a sleuth of medications. She is very thorough with each patient, so expect to wait a bit :-). However, it is well worth the wait--she affords each patient the same level of attention and courtesy.

The following happened a long time ago, and because of my experience at this doctors office, I changed to a different doctors office... I came out of the hospital after being treated for a very serious issue and saw Dr. Fernandez for follow up. Dr. Fernandez was very clear to call immediately if the issue came back. Per his instructions, I called in and said to the person that answered the phone that it is an emergency and I needed to see Dr. Fernandez. The person answering the phone that day was very condescending and rude when I asked to see my doctor. I was able to see him and he was great. No issues with Dr. Fernandez, but whoever answered the phone that day, that person was horrible. I was in a crazy amount of pain that day and person hung up on me before I get her name. The staff was cold and indifferent, especially the person at the front desk, except for Dr. Fernandez. I decided to cancel a future appointment for physical because of this experience. The front staff needs improvement. Avoid....

Dr Zambrana is a good MD, but it is incredible how incompetent her staff is. Ive been trying to make an appointment since Friday last week. I understand the Dr was on vacations, but Today is Tuesday, and no body has returned my call. I called back yesterday, and Johanna told me somebody is going to call me in 2 hours, I had to call back in 3 hours because no body called me back. Then same lady said somebody will call me at 2:45-3:00, guess what?? no one called me. I had to call this morning too, and Michelle told me she will find out an appointment for me and will call me back in 5 minutes. Guess what? it is an hour and 10 minutes already, no one called me back so I called back again, and Johanna (same one from yesterday) told me that no one can make an appointment because they are short staff and Michelle is new and she is covering another position. ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS??? I need an appointment, was the problem to look in your system an make one. My pressure is super high and i need an appointment so MY PRIMARY DR can check that on me. 160/80 isnt high???. Seriously thinking on switch primary, THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Dr. Zambrana’s sharp, very warm, caring, and thorough. She takes the time to understand ad doesn’t rush you along . The staff is fantastic and bright!!! The only negative is that the phlebotomists had some difficulty finding my viens each visit for a blood draw and I had to go to Lab Quest, which is very inconvenient.

I so love Dr. Zambrana!!! She has been a blessing to have as a doctor. Shes honest and helpful. Everyone in her office is always pleasant, they treat you like family.

Amazing level of professionalism and knowledge. Usually medical appointments are cold and non-pleasent but here is a warm family pleasent environement. My prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy of choice. The office staff is welcoming and provide amazing customer service. Cleanliness is an obvious as soon as you walk in. A+ in my book.
