I had surgery today out patient very informative staff and caring. Need to rest for awhile overall it went well.

I am so upset with the health workers that answer the phone and are supposed to be helping patients. I called a week ago to get my prescription faxed to my health center because I needed a refill, its a week later and it still isnt done, how am I supposed to get better when these people cant send a simple fax. Im so upset and my doctor isnt in until after the holidays, but she was in last week so my prescription should be signed, why am I waiting so long for my medicine ?!I suggest a different center if you rely on your medicine.
