Very unprofessional very unorganized I had an appointment to get a vacation at 9:30 AM I didn’t leave until about 11:20 AM. Literally all I needed was a tetanus vaccination (one shot) And I waited and waited when I finally got into the examination room I waited some more, I waited so long for someone to come that I had to step out of the examination room to ask someone what was going on?? Finally After waiting more than an hour the nurse tells me that my insurance didn’t cover the shot and that I would have to come out of pocket. Keep in mind that before I made this appointment with this facility I called in advance when I made my appointment and ask them if my insurance covered the vaccination I gave them my insurance information and they said yes but it was a whole entire different situation when I arrived in person. I should have been told when I was checked in that the insurance did not cover it and that I would have to pay. I even asked the nurse or receptionist who signed me in does my insurance covered the shot before I proceeded with the appointment and she told me yes it did but turns out I didn’t! Why have me wait in the examination room for all that time thinking my insurance covered it ??

We need to believe in google reviews, otherwise you will ended up in writing a review and giving the same ratings as what others did.. Lessons learned!VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE.

Avoid this place! Overall experience was very bad and appointments were late a lot. Staff doesnt take any responsibility. I had several unnecessary visits because staff hadnt completed the paper work even though they promised to do it over the phone before the appointment. I spent several hours on the phone to follow up and ask them to complete the paperwork. Go somewhere else!

Tosses records after 2-3 years, and its a massive pain to get your hands on your information even if it does exist. Not recommended.

I went there for immigration physical examination (Form I-693) with Dr. Nwilati. The place is not very clean nor dirty. I would say it meets the minimum requirements in that department. Nothing fancy. Theres a parking lot which is very helpful. The service from the Front Desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The waiting time can extend to longer periods even if you have an appointment. Its fair to say that the clinic is not the most organized clinic in town. It gets very loud in the reception and although there is a big written warning on the wall about loud behavior, staff dont really care nor ask people to be quiet. The doctor service is acceptable but it felt kinda rushed and I definitely had better encounters with doctors before. I had a TB skin test and was very upset about the clinic writing down in my report the size of the reaction ALTHOUGH the size of the skin reaction was never measured. Another doctor looked at my arm for less than 1 second and she determined that I needed an X-Ray which came as negative. The doctors side can definitely be improved. Nurses were very friendly and accommodating and understanding. Nurses are everything the doctor shouldve been. I provided a vaccination certificate and the doctor said itd cause me delays and I should just opt-in for blood work.I paid $195 initially for the examination but ended up paying around $460 in total. I recommend you do any needed vaccination at the clinic which is way cheaper than Walgreens and other places Ive looked up.I was sent to a different branch to get the TB skin test (included in the initial price) and blood work (I paid $24). They also didnt have X-Ray service and I had to go to Concentra Downtown on 35th and paid $96.50 for a 2 view chest x-ray.Long story short; Yay for Nurses and front desk. Ney for the overloaded doctors and chaos in the building as well as the long waiting times and unforseen payments. #USCIS #immigration #i693

Great place friendly workers and doctors

When I started off going here they was extremely helpful and caring. My primary care doctor was prescribing me all my medication without me seeing a specialist now the nurse practitioner I see now wants to send me to specialist which I already have and they were fine with them prescribing my medication now I have a hard time getting my meds and it is super frustrating been waiting for a wheelchair for months now no luck just pure irritating to me and I dont want to switch drs because I been here so long but looks like Thats my options right now so unprofessional and unorganized

A GREAT PLACE TO WASTE YOUR TIMEI dont blame the doctors at all. They are quite busy going from room to room. But...the staffs! Oh lord, show them mercy! Its been a year now and every visits are a waiting game. One visit, in particular, is horrible. We waited for 3 hours without any complaints because we try to understand the staffs and being open-minded. However, we have things to do and places to go, and we told them we are leaving but they hold us and when we got into the room, they came in and told us the doctor left. For 3 HOURS!!!! And one time we waited for an hour and ask if there is a problem and I saw that our check in sheet still on her desk not in-que. This is their way of saying that THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US. People have lives and stuffs to do and we ask for appointment for a reason. Please honor appointments and train your staffs to respect the patients time

The 5 stars go to my physician I see, Kelley. Shes such a kind soul and makes you feel comfortable and like you can talk to her about anything. Ill continue to go to her. It can get busy after noon, but thats anywhere 🤷🏾‍♀️

Spent a total of 45 minutes and got transferred at least 10 times to get some basic information. Worst clinic I have ever worked with.

They got me too different appointments fast

Due to the covid 19 crisis / pandemic family memebers are not allowed to acompany family into apppointments. When I called to complain and give my opion as how I felt it was wrong the Supervisor Christine used HIPPa as an excuse when clearley it us to the patient to disclose their medical information not the clinic. She proceeded to call me Honey over the phone and it was at that point I became livid because it is inappropriate to address anyone in a proffessional environtment as HONEY.. It was very condescending.I did follow up with a complaint which was addressed immediatley and a private room. The gentlemen listened. Providers including their staff must handle customers with a Trauma Informed Care approach. Needless to say my expierence was not great today I expect it to improve.

So I work for a daycare and called to request some of our students medical records. I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone that hung up in my face multiple times, 6x to be exact. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he didnt get his supervisor, he then decided to say that they were having difficulties with their phone lines (LIES). I then asked why didnt he say that on the phone the second time I had called. They are extremely unprofessional and I feel sorry for the next business that calls to request medial records. I wouldnt even speak to a representative, just request a supervisor immediately but I wouldnt be surprised if they hang up in your face too. look at the kind of people they hire. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girls in the front are very unprofessional , and rude gossiping about patients in the waiting room and to find out my new patient forms were passed on to another front desk lady right after she just clocked in.. when she arrived at 9 am and I checked in at 8:35 ughh its my last wake up call to go elsewhere...To add on to this review received a bill fine whatever.. billing is a nightmare to call, no one answers and after the 10th call which was not even billing was a nice receptionist who put in a note to billing because they are too busy to answer their own billing calls. Even the voicemail option hangs up on you. Its understandable if she didnt know the answer because she shouldnt have to it should be billing answering their phones !!

I love it here atthis clinic everyone is friendly and he took the time to help me which was great he is my family physician and i have been knowing him and most of the nurses since i was 7 i love them all i always have great experiences here

Good place if you come early or make ur appt for a early time by it serving mostly low income its usually crowded everybody wants to sleep in and come after 10am than complain, but overall it has good doctors

Nephews appts. One at 11am and the other is at 1130am we checked in at 10:55am and now its 12:02 And aint no one called them and its not for a checkup its just for shots one get hpv and flu, and the other just flu wow seriously disappointed right now seriously thinking bout changing there doctors office crazy right

Doctor and medical didnt wash hands before exam. Medical assistant came in the room with gloves on, didnt wash her hands and did treatments. No one introduced themselevs either.

Waste of time, space and a facility. There should be something else in their location that helps the community thrive. It is loud, ghetto and always full of people!!!
