My technicians were extremely polite, up front with the pricing, and wore a mask the entire time. They also completed the work the same day. I wish I had more words to describe how pleasant it was to work with Appleton Electrical Contracting. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends. I called on Friday to set up an appointment and they said they could do Sunday. They also try to sell a $150 “special membership” to avoid a $250 service technician fee. Luckily I declined or I would be out money. Come Sunday morning they call and say that the technician can’t make it and we have to reschedule. So working with them I am assured they can make it Tuesday between 10 and 1pm. This time I don’t even receive a call from them saying they can’t make it. I take off work and wait all morning, to call an hour after their window closes to have them say they now can’t make it out until a week later. Do not use these people, they never showed up and I’m inclined to believe they are just selling a membership fee only to no call no show on you.

Ive only had an initial consult with Joe but he was helpful, friendly, and professional. Im looking forward to working with him to upgrade my electrical system. I highly recommend using Appleton Electrical Contracting.

I have used the services from Appleton Electrical Contracting and they live up to their name. After using them successfully for several smaller projects, I had them replace my electrical panel. Like everything else, they did it very quickly, and professionally. They clean up after themselves, and have great customer service. Keep in mind, electrical service isnt cheap, but they charged me a very fair price. Highly recommend!!

The guys at Appleton Electrical Contracting were awesome, to say the least. They re-wired our entire house with only putting three holes in my house. Ive seen you tube videos of similar work and there were holes everywhere, not with these guys! If you have a need for knob and tube replacement you have to request Appleton Electrical Contracting!
