These guys were great! Had some electrical work done adding lines and outlets in our garage and they installed our Ring video camera. They made sure everything was done perfectly, right down to getting the matching color to paint the new conduit pipe coming out of the breaker panel. Would definitely recommend Appleton Electrical and use them again!

They are great! I particularly like the text of photo of the electrician coming to help. They are organized and care about how they do their work. They clean up after themselves. The techs are also very friendly and pleasant. I had an issue with the power after hours and they came out within 30 minutes or so to look at it. I would highly recommend Appleton Electrical. We have used them a few times now.

Appleton Electrical were very professional and very qualified. They picked up everything after the job was complete. I would also like to say that Seth was very informative when he came to bid the job. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable going with Appleton Electrical. I did not bother with getting other bids, his job quote was very reasonable. I would recommend this company. I had only one problem and that was with the office scheduler, she never returned calls and my schedule took longer than expected. But I heard that problem has been solved.

Appleton Electrical squad installed our EV charger on an exterior wall next to our driveway. Our experience with them was incomparable! Everyone we spoke to was certified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kim could not have done a better job! He was scheduled to come out between 10 and 11 and we received a text that he would be 15 minutes out at 9:45. We had an issue with several outlets that suddenly went dead. He explained what he was going to do, what the expected charge would be, and did a thorough job repairing it. We really appreciated his competency and communication!

Appleton Electrical team arrived on time, total professionals, clean and courteous. We had an unusual, tough to diagnose problem that involved them researching the fan thru the manufacturer yet we’re able t repair, clean and insure us of safe operation in addition to the recommendations in other areas after their careful inspection.

Was given two service options for them to come out and quote a project - both costing roughly $125. I just need a sub panel and some outlets on the back porch. I do not need you service anything. I respect the fact that there is probably more work than you can shake a stick at. Im good with scheduling something out in the near future, theres no emergency - Ill work with you. Too many other companies out there that do not charge for a quote.

I have hired Appleton Electrical twice now. Appleton Electrical did a very good and efficient job. I like the way that he can figure out how to make anything work and he has a lot of persistence. When the first solution didnt work, they found another one and fixed my issue nicely. I highly recommend him.

I was told I was first on list for Friday between 8 and 12. I finally called at 12:39 and some lady told me they couldn’t make it today, it would have to be Monday. I had explained earlier how I had a party on Sunday , so I got frustrated with her. I get a phone call later that afternoon from Bryan stating he could try for later on. I told him he could come then or even Saturday. He said yes to Saturday. Well Saturday at like 5:30 I texted him what’s up. He replied got tied up, etc, etc and he could come Sunday. Having our party then, I told him forget it. So this so called company not only doesn’t show, there isn’t even decency to call to explain. It’s like we have nothing to do like taking off work or leaving the house. I hope anyone reading this takes note. I had read a review from someone with a similar experience. Shame on me for overlooking that review. I suggest any and every one stays away from this place. I won’t even call it a company.

Jeff did a great job on a true house hold emergency. Had electrical arcing in the outlet in my family room. Possible fire hazard! He was pleasant and informative in explaining the issues!

Great services and amazing experience .Jeff did everything quickly, competently, and neatly. We thought we would be without power for ages, but actually it was only one day. They were very professional and answered any of our questions. They were more than willing to help with moving boxes in our garage to get to the areas they needed. Called on a Monday and a nice gentlemen answered the call. Very respectful and professional and scheduled appointment for Wednesday 9AM - Noon. Was told I would be called by the technician on the service day and confirmed they had the right phone number. Was sent an email confirmation. Wednesday rolls around and there was no call and no one every showed up. I choose this company because they were local and had great reviews. I thought I should share not such a great experience with this business.
