Ive had no problems since Rotech took over. They are very helpful, work for me to get what I need and are always polite. Not understanding some of these reviews. Back when it was still Midland Oxygen I could understand but, not now.

Regina who works at this store lied to me since May about me being on a waiting list to get my new CPAP machine. Every month she told me Im still on the list but they just havent gotten many machines in. Today I call and she tells me all of a sudden I dont qualify for a new machine even though my insurance company says I do. A total waste of my time. Regina and this store are useless!!!

Andy was extremely sympathetic and knowledgeable about mask issues Ive been having. Andy went above and beyond to relay information to me, in terms I could understand. I would recommended Rotech to friends who need assistance with CPAP machines, related insurance information, and overall problems with medical sleeping supplies. Thanks to Andy, I feel I can make informed decisions about my personal sleep supplies to help me get the best nights rest that I deserve.

Wrong items being sent for months, dr. Sending orders and rotceh/sleep central not sending correct supplies or processing new rxs. Horrible place.

The only reason I am giving them 2 is because usually they were polite to me. Overall terrible service though and cannot even complete simple tasks to ensure their customers are supported. We need these items for life altering means! You should do your job better! I do not even know how this business stays open. If your insurance refers you here, seriously ask for another one!
