I dont know where to start. Ive been a customer for a few years now. Its just a great place. Everyone is warm and friendly. Everything is clean and has a wonderful vibe. The Float tank is incredible and massages are to die for. Give it a visit you wont regret it.

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve only ever gotten the massage and I got Abigail. I will never see anyone else. I get them regularly due to work and the gym and general stresses of life. She is by FAR the best masseuse I have ever had. The place is always clean and quiet and they have great smoothies. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. Small business and Family owned makes it even better.

They even have super yummy drinks to take to help with whatever session you have! It is easy to set up your appointment online and their hours are very accommodating to any schedule! Amazing experience! I’ve been looking for a place that focuses on recovery and longevity. I work out a lot and recovery is something I need to focus on more as I get older. I got a 60 min massage and cupping and I feel like a new man! I’ve read a lot on ice and heat therapy and Kinsey gave me a tour of the facilities after my massage. Super knowledgeable. I’m going back on Wednesday for my first of many sauna and ice bath therapy. If you haven’t checked them out and you are into health and fitness you absolutely need to check them out!!

This is a relaxing little place to get a great massage. I tried a float for my first time and felt more invigorated than I do after a nap! Get one of their vitamin drinks after a massage - they are super tasty and refreshing!

Best massage in Midland! We have spent years looking for a decent massage in Midland and were used to just getting massages on trips since we did not have anyone in Midland to help with our various aches and pains. Now, we pass up opportunities to get massages while traveling because no one is as good as Kinsey at Source. He is very knowledgeable in the connections between mind, body, spirit, stress, injuries, etc. The float tank is also an awesome experience - great for checking out for a while and totally relaxing. I am so happy a place like this opened up in Midland. Its small and quaint but I really like having this resource as an addition for my health and wellness. Ive done the infrared sauna and the lucia light. Just look up the benefits of the sauna - all good stuff. The Lucia light was an interesting experience but for some reason I really want to do it again so that must mean I got something good out of it.
