I absolutely loved my first time here! Dr. Cha and her staff were incredibly kind, attentive, caring and informative. I dont often feel seen or heard when engaging with medics but I definitely did here. They listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions with thoroughness and clarity. I highly recommend.

Everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. They explained everything they were doing during the tests and also the results. Great staff. I recommend them.

I had an appointment today August 14, 2021 and it was the best exam I’ve had in years the doctor was very professional the staff was very professional and the doctor was immaculate with explaining everything to me answering all my questions she was very detailed in her answers and explained everything for me in full detail. The good: Prompt, friendly and courteous staff, and great doctor. Eye exam was quick and seemed thorough. The other: Office needs updating and better layout. There is a limited selection of frames. I included a retinal scan, which the doctor discussed with me, but did not provide any written report. She had a printout with a note she wrote for me suggesting vitamins, but the staff misplaced it, and only gave me a faint copy of my prescription. The clinician took my HSA debit card and came back with a non-itemized receipt for charges. The process could be improved.

When my 24-7 glasses broke, I contacted my eye doctor as I needed a new prescription. They couldn’t get me in for almost 2 months so I randomly chose this LensCrafters and I’m very glad I did. The whole experience from the time I walked in was quick, top notch, thorough and personable from being greeted to the actual visit with the Dr. I will be moving my patient info to this office. Thanks for the great customer service and care.

Great crew of humans here! After a 7 year hiatus, I returned here and was greeted with the same great experience as I remembered. They squeezed me in with just about a moments notice, and helped to make the visit easy, and successful. Ive been going here for a few years now and every time has been very pleasant. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Ive never had any problems even with wait time or scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Im very picky when it comes to any type of medical physician. Its very rare to find any type of Dr. that doesnt make you feel rushed or like youre just another patient to them. I always make sure that I see Dr. Jenny Cha for that reason. She has always been more than wonderful and attentive! I enjoy my appointments with her and would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Excellent, prompt, personable and safe customer care! The practice offered additional technology (with a fee, but worth it for first-timers imo) that displays an in-depth scan of your eyes. I appreciated its linkage and the doctors walkthrough to my holistic health.

First Time Visit. It was a very positive experience. The technician was very kind and good at her job. The doctor (Jenn?) was very personable and I felt like Id known her for years. The exam was thorough with everything well explained. Everything was sanitized. I will likely go back. 4 stars instead of 5 because the waiting area appeared very old and filthy .. carpet was badly stained; storefront windows were empty .. it all looked like it was going out of business.

The staff got me processed and in and out quickly. They were friendly and the doctor really knew her stuff. I would definitely go again.

Day did not start well. Was annoyed that I was scheduled for an 8:45am appointment but it doesnt open until 9am. Stood outside in the cold for awhile do to me arriving at 8:30am. Might want to reconsider setting appointments before the place opens up. I do have to say when they finally opened up the service I received was excellent. The young lady checking me in for my eye examination was very professional and apologized for the wait (she to was outside waiting with me to get in). The DR who did checked my eyes was very nice and professional as well. Overall had a great visit. Just missed that 5th star due to the wait in the cold.

OculusDocs is a great eye care and frames place! Everyone there was so pleasant, helpful, and the doctor was very good at explaining possible eye health risks and what they look for when they check your eyes. The frames specialists were very kind and helped me choose my frames. Their Covid19 precautions are well done: they have many hand sanitizing stations, pens are cleaned after signatures, and all frames tried on are thoroughly cleaned before placing them back on the shelf for another customer to try. They also have a lab on site, so if they have your lens and frames in stock, they can have your new glasses ready that day! I had a very positive experience and would recommend them. :)

I cant say enough good things about Middletown Oculus. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. They explained everything before performing each eye test. I went in with lots of questions about my health and they reassured me they would do what they could, as far as tests went. The eye doctor wrote up a detailed report to send to my Primary. I highly recommend this office.

The staff was friendly and the Doctor was nice and helpful; instead of just throwing around some big words/medical terms he actually explained himself and helped me to understand what he was telling me. I normally dont write reviews but I felt I needed to this time because the service here was beyond stellar. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and they even rescheduled my appointment in real time when I missed mine after getting lost in Middletown. Dr. Kosch was also by far the best Optometrist Ive ever visited. Not know was she extremely helpful and friendly, but she also explained everything she was doing during the exam in an easy to understand way. If you are looking for a thorough and stress-free eye exam, this is the place to go.

Worst experience Ive ever had an eye doctor.Asked 4 people why I was being charged for a routine eye exam. Each person told me they didnt know why. I could ask the next person.After searching for my frames by myself, and paying the $120 the eye exam fee.I was told by the first person that I asked why I was being charged for a routine eye exam that my insurance was out of network.After waiting two weeks with no return call, when to pick up my glasses. I called them.They had written down my name wrong and had written the phone number down wrong and were trying to contact me at that number.So finally went to pick up my glasses explain the situation to Brittnay in the office. That she would reimburse me $50 and that the check would be in the mail.And to No Surprise! The check must still be in the mail.And after several attempts of trying to reach Brittany who was always with a customer when I called.Thank you for the fleecing, and will not be back for any services from your establishment.

My experience was ok. After having had my eye exam done here the last 3 years I expected more. I have gotten dailies the last 2. And I purchased a years worth. This year all they could offer was 10% of a total of $480. Walmart and 800contacts have much more competitive pricing.
