I had a great experience at Surgical Park Center. Everybody, starting from registration (Gladys), receptionist, nurses (Roxy, my surgical nurse, the lady that made my ECG, and the rest of the team were very polite, compassionate, professional. They really love their job. Its so hard to find a multidisciplinary team so good now. Im so thankful to all. Congratulations to Surgical Park Center for the great service. I will recommend it 100% to everybody. Many blessings.

Do NOT go here. My best friend had a D&C surgery procedure here and was one of the worst experiences of her life. The doctor and staff knowing she was there for an emotionally difficult procedure after already having to wait 5 days after having a miscarriage, was met with no compassion or humanity. She arrived at 8:30am for her surgery and was made to wait ALONE in a room for over 3 hours without any communication by anyone despite having severe cramping throughout. Not a single person entered the room, no one would notify her worried husband about what was going on. The doctor finally comes in, Dr. Hernandez-Rey Armando (who you should also NOT go to) and gave a hasty apology with no real communication. She still had to wait a long time after that with again zero communication. After the surgery, the nurse then rushed my friend, despite being in severe pain. Checked her without saying what she was doing, and did it in a rushed exasperated manner. It was clear that since it was now 5pm at this point she wanted to leave. When a person is at their most vulnerable, like my friend was, and cannot have her husband or friends with her in the room because of COVID, you as family hope the people taking care of her will treat her with BASIC compassion and respect. The lack of care, the rudeness and just general lack of empathy makes an already heartbreaking situation even that more difficult, turning one of the hardest days of her life, into an ever more traumatizing experience. I hope no one has to see a loved one receive the treatment she did. I urge you to NOT go here.

The staff at Surgical Park Center provided excellent service; however, the business has a problem, never stop sending bills. My insurance company which paid for the surgery, I paid an upfront fee the day of the surgery, later received a bill that there was an unpaid amount which I also paid. Now, almost two years later, I received a bill from a collection agency Frost-Arnett Company, I called the collection company and a lady named Amanda stated that there is money owned to Surgical Park Center which I sincerely do not understand. Surgical Park Center did not send a bill for the amount supposedly owed instead sent the account to collection.

Very disappointed with the operations of this facility who (along with the office of the referring doctor) has made an upcoming surgery a very stressful & frustrating process. I took it upon myself to call this office 3 days before scheduled surgery to confirm details & that all paperwork had been received. The nurse station stated that they never received doctors orders & that I was not on the schedule for surgery. After many back & forth phone calls between 2 offices, different surgery coordinators & plenty of time wasted on hold, Surgical Park Center confirmed that they “found” the orders...which were sent approximately 25 days ago! So I continued to ask at what time I needed to be at the office prior to surgery & they stated that they were not working on my paperwork yet & that I’d receive a call the following day. To my surprise (not!) they did not call me on Friday & now I have no idea what time to arrive for surgery tomorrow (Monday) morning. I was extremely upset with myself for forgetting to call back the office myself, as I should have, since they have not been on top of anything with this process. But at the same time this office has proven itself to be disorganized & non-attentive to important details that involve surgery, which in my opinion should be of the upmost importance.

Today I went with my mother for her surgery at 5 am, we were greeted by the rudest woman, Susana Cordero. we were told by the doctors office that one person could accompany my mother and when we arrived, we were told by Susana that only the patient could ne in the lobby. She then proceeded to state Its written on the door in English and in Spanish! She did not explain any of the documents that she made my mother sign and simply stated Ill explain them to you later. This is the person that greets people who are anxious coming in for surgery. WOW! super rude, super condescending, not a good person to greet people coming in to have a procedure done. If it wasnt for all fact that the surgery was already planned, I would have taken my mother elsewhere! btw, I am a nurse and work in a hospital, I would never treat my patient or their family with such disrespect. Its not what is said, its HOW it is said!

I very recommend this place. I had a surgery in The Surgical Park Center yesterday, I was very nervous and sad about the type of surgery, but I only have words of thanks for the center in general, the team is very organized, the center is extremely clean, but my special thanks goes to Ignacio, the nurse who assisted me all the time, he was very kind and understanding, he made me feel better and confortable. Thank you so much Ignacio!

My doctor Dmitri Sandler was conducting my operation at this facility. The operation that was being done was for my right Achilles repair. This was the first time I had ever been into a surgical center and if I ever need surgery again I will refer back to this one. From the security guard giving us directions to the parking garage to the receptionist answering our questions with care and compassion, this made my surgery day much easier. I was treated by my nurse Ms. Esther as if I was her child. She reassured me through every piece of paper that needed to be signed to giving me my IV. She took her time in explaining every step and was there until the end. It was clean, comfortable and effectively ran. Being in the military for three years and this being my third surgery I appreciated coming here and being treated with such care.

We spend all day waiting to get a procedure done that only took an hour and a half from prep to recovery. Even though we registered online and got there early, it was like we had no appointment. Im not sure why but the place was overbooked with procedures and the lady at the desk was only able to tell us that it was packed with patients in the back...not a good experience.

Had surgery here in Sept./2019 ,From the check in thru the actual surgery staff,RN were fantastic with great bed side manners..now reason for the 4 stars as I was in recovery (post Op) I was awaken by a violent scream as I came to my senses from the anesthesia still wondering what the screaming was,I immediately noticed a transporter(usually young individuals,in blue uniforms )scream at another patient in front of me being awoken by the same method ,I have family members who are actual MD,RN and they agree thats not the way its done it should be done in a pleasant manner not screaming the hell at patients coming from surgery,I hope administration, board of directors see this

Nice atmosphere, clean place. My complaint is about how the assistant handle me during the procedure. I had a tonsillectomy on Oct 27 very successful one, even though I signed a consent about a possibility of teeth fracture to my surprise I ended it up with 4 of them fracture!!!I think staff must be instruct to handle patient with care it is understood that it may happen but to 4!! it is unreasonable. Scare of thinking how are we treated while under anesthesia.
