Shawn is the best trainer that I have ever had. He takes the time to teach you and ensure that you understand the purpose of what you are doing. He helps you improve your fitness with each session which wasn’t my experience with other trainers. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable trainer that pays attention to their clients and helps them get fitter.

I’ve been working with Shawn for almost a year and still going. I find Shawn a highly intelligent, highly knowledgeable trainer that I could trust and respect. During one of our first sessions​ he​ talked about overcoming longstanding limitation in my shoulder (after an injury from years back). I​ ​did not believe it, but was ready to try. And indeed, with time and consistency, Shawn has enabled me to overcome this limitation. This is only one example of his unique​ ​approach providing a real personal training plan to his students​. Ive had trainers before, almost all promise a personal​ ​approach, but never until Shawn did I realize what it really means: he guided me through a step by step advancement, addressing my concerns and questions. Moreover, I am not young any longer, and Shawn is able to be patient with my progression, while continues to push me to greater strength,​ flexibility and stamina. He continues to be keenly attentive to my activities asking me about my activities in the days between our sessions, anticipating potential difficulties and personalizing my session to my actual needs at the time, changing it as appropriate.And last, as a busy professional with limited time for training, I was seeking a trainer that will be able to ​accommodate my schedule. Shawn has been able to do so showing professionalism and respect.In summary, I highly recommend Shawn as a diversified personal trainer who can accommodate any student.

I have tried different types of workouts- crossfit, spin classes etc. Didn’t stick with them and/or would look for excuses to cancel. Shawn comes up with individualized workouts that focus on making me stronger, and more physically fit while avoiding injury. And our regular appointments get me to the gym even when I don’t feel like it.

My professional responsibilities demand a lot of my time. Shawn helped me get back into a regular exercise schedule after a long period of inactivity. Hes accommodating and understanding with careful attention to detail. Im stronger and more flexible, and longtime minor injuries have improved since I started working with him 100%. Very highly recommended.

I am former triathlete coming back from a back injury. Shawn has proven to be instrumental in my recovery by helping me increase my strength dramatically and improving my mobility and running mechanics. As a plus Ive gained nice defined muscle mass. He takes his clients needs seriously, always looking out for good form and proven results.

Shawn helps me to be a bit healthier generally. I work long hours in an office, and as a mom I am very busy at home so getting some help to make the most of the time I can find to be active is valuable. Shawn makes suggestions, guides me and provides advice. He is always happy to help me.I contacted Shawn after completing physical therapy for a minor shoulder injury. Shawn helped me continue my recovery, and led me through workouts designed to strengthen my shoulders (and the rest of me) while also improving my flexibility and helping me to avoid injuries in the future.

Shawn is definitely not typical. Until recently I was working with a different trainer. Immediately Shawn noticed areas needing improvement my previous trainer had not mentioned.Shawn has an attention to detail, a thoroughness. I quickly began to see improvement in my strength and flexibility. His varied workouts have challenged me, and helped me develop greater physical capability overall. His program has also benefitted my road cycling performance.

I originally hired Trainer Shawn for a 14 week workout period. Shawns methods and detailed explanations are always on point. Its a healthy combination of intensity with smart training.Im a 33 year old male. I work and I enjoy an active lifestyle. During our initial consultation we discussed my existing routines, (exercise, diet, typical posture at work, etc.) then we customized a specific program that fit my schedule.He brought with him the essential tools we needed including a heart rate monitor. We were able to do analytics and see all improvements both physically and on paper.Shawn inspired me to want to learn the excersices and do them between our scheduled sessions. I found it was important to not only be properly warmed up for the training but also became very grateful for all the suggestions for healthy habits to practice on. All in all, every session was better than the previous thanks to the constant encouragement.I culminated my 14 week session at a triathlon race earning a personal record. It was awesome. Shawn is awesome. Im glad I continue to have an ongoing business relationship with Trainer Shawn and recommend him to anyone whos looking to shape up.

As a competitive runner, I was diagnosed with shin splints.  Shawn helped me to work through the recovery, as well as review my running form and provided exercises to specifically improve my gait, balance and stability.
