The staff does answer the phone. I called for about an hour straight just to arrive at the office and the phone were on silent. I watch them ignore the calls. I wasnt seen the doctor claim she was leaving early. Which is fine but she ONLY SEE you for 2 mins. SO I dont understand why she couldnt when clearly I explain I had been calling calling. THE WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

RUN RUN RUN RUN. The dentist office is a joke. LOST TIME AND MONEY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE WORK THEY ARE DOING. ORTHO only see you for less than 1min. DOESNT SPEAK English around English speaking patients. HAS NOT REGARD IN TIMING. Staff doesnt speak English and doesnt change or clean there gloves. I literally got sick after a blond lady didnt change her gloves. I watched her touch so many things with gloves on and than touch my mouth disgusting. I actually called the health Department. RUN RUN RUN RUN. If you want you time wasted go here.

This is the worst place to ever go. PLEASE DONT NOT GO HERE. NO ONE SPEAKS englis. They dont change their gloves after every patient. The Ortho is SUPER NICE but she doesnt know what shes doing. A lost of money and time. THE WORST PLACE. YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER ORTH after she missing up your teeth.

Love this orthodontist. All the staff are professional, friendly and very attentive. Dr. Cardenas is extremely knowledgeable and really does explain everything very well. The kids always feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. She gets excellent results quickly. I highly recommend her!

Great staff, but this is the second or third appt in the last 6 months that I have booked for 10am, only to arrive and the office has not even been opened. Its now 10:15 and theres still a crowd of us standing outside waiting.

Best experience I’ve ever had with any orthodondist ! Very professional staff and doctor. They are extremely organized, clean, thorough, and detailed. The doctor is super nice, she will learn your name and will ensure that you get the best treatment. I used to not like my smile but after coming here and getting Invisalign I can’t stop smiling!! Both locations (Doral and Kendall) are beautiful with state of the art equipment. The office is beautifully decorated with many colors, making it an extremely positive experience! I can’t explain how satisfied I am with my invisalign treatment, I’d say that Flossome and Dr. Cardenas changed my life! The fact that they speak both English and Spanish is an extra.
