It’s actually my Mom that goes to Dr Kalski but the staff is extremely nice and my mom has been seeing the Dr for quite a few years. She’s been very happy!

I was asked to come 1:15 by Brenda...I did. I came at 1:00, presented my records, ID and took a seat. Three patients that came after 1:15 were let in ahead of me. At 1:35pm I asked the receptionist if everything was okay...she got a attitude with me, but then realized that my appt was at 1:15, not 1:45. Instead of apologizing she kept giving me attitude. I asked for my medical records and left. The receptionist needs customer service training and should not be the Face of this office.

Not only is Dr. Kalski pleasant but all of the associates there are attentive and a pleasure to be around.

Dr. Kalski is beyond brilliant, compassionate and caring. He takes his time with each patient to make sure you get the absolute best care available. They do not make doctors like him anymore.

There was no parking availability and a long line of people waiting for valet attendant who was simply overwhelmed. Had to park for three hours (the duration of the visit) at a CVS around the corner and walk to the clinic. An hour and a half wait to be seen for my appointment.

This was a return visit. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. The doctor performed the cataract surgery on my husband 6 years ago. He has had no problems. I saw Dr. Kalski previously and went back to have him check on any changes to my cataracts. He said I was not in need of surgery, but to come back in 6 months or a year or if I notice any change. The doctor is a very good doctor.

I found a new eye doctor! My experience was excellent. Everything went well from the reception area through my visit. Even my check out was easy.

I was fortunate to be referred by Dr. Ricardo Silva to Dr. Richard Kalski regarding a narrow angle problem; and I could not have had better luck than to be treated by this Professional and well educated physician. Sadly, when he started treating me I already had irreversible problems that Baptists ophthalmologists did not detect and did not make enough effort to avoid have fatal results with my eyes. What a disgrace to these so-called professionals with these Baptists specialists. But thanks to Dr. Kalskis professionalism I am being treated properly and I thank God that Professionals/Specialists like him still exist. Dr. Kalski performed my Lasik surgery 18 years ago. It was a small miracle. He is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. His staff is excellent as well. Several of them have been there since I first visited him and they remember me everytime (even though my eyesight has been so great I have missed a few years here and there) highly recommend

I got there with an emergency !!! And without an appointment . They where trying to catch up with the hurricane cancellations and still toke care of my eye for an affordable price , the assistant really sweet and knowledgeable and the doctor check my eye again to reconfirm I didnt have anything left inside my eye .. The staff was very friendly and explained everything all the test they were running. I did not have to wait long for the doctor to see me and run some more tests which was great. He found some small issues with my eyes, but reassured me by explaining things calmly and clearly too me.

Rudest staff ever. Be very wary in case you dont understand what they explain or they will call you back and tell you off. I had gone to Dr. Kalski in the past but he priced his Lasix procedure much too high, after going back his office has completely changed. Would never recommend to anyone.
