Once the pandemic started I put off PT until I found a facility that would meet my standards as to all the precautions to avoid contamination with COVID-19. This is the place! I never had to wait to be seen by my therapist. Alex Riesgo. Alex is a true professional. He is kind, encouraging, thoughtful and considerate. I have enjoyed my experience with Alex, but most importantly, he helped me heal!. The whole team is awesome! They are constantly cleaning the equipment and making sure that everyone is doing well. I recommend CORA.

I went to Kendall CORA due to a sprained ankle.it has helped me a lot in my rehab! The staff is great! Carla at the reception is very sweet and Alex is the best. Always with a smile, making all this process easy to follow! Highly recommend it!

Cora rehab center in Kendall great place for therapy. Very upbeat and caring people who work there from front desk to back of house. Pt specialists actually listen and explain exercises and take time to make sure your doing them right. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. All Pt specialists excellent.

I ruptured my Achilles and have been receiving physical therapy post surgery from Jocelyn. She has been great, she has great attention to details which I believe has been critical to my speedy recovery. I high recommend her and the facility. Melissa, Miguel and Marco the physician assistants have been great as well.

I had an amazing experience at Cora Kendall! I have been to another physical therapy clinic and Cora was an extremely better experience. The exercises and treatments were extremely helpful and my knee has never felt better! The staff was very attentive to everyone’s injuries and was always prepared with my exercises planned out before each session. I’d like to thank all the therapists and assistants who have pushed me and helped me feel so much stronger over the past 4 weeks: Miguel, Meagan, Jocelyn, Julian, and Alex. I could not have asked for a better therapy experience :)

Top notch care! Im going on a month of getting therapy here to recover from my ACL replacement surgery and I couldnt be happier with my progress and recovery! Staff is all very professional and admirably dedicated to the patient needs.

The Associates at Cora in this location are absolutely wonderful!The staff makes sure you get an appointment when you need it. I am most impressed with the service I have received since I started my rehabilitation at Cora Rehabilitation center located on 77th Avenue and 88th, Florida 33156.The first person who took care of me two times was Ian and I am very thankful that I could feel better immediately after the therapy. My arm was in so much pain and my right back was completely stiff but after the therapy I could see a big difference in my pain and movement level.The second person was Alex and he did a special massage in my shoulder and around my upper part of my arm where he went very deep into the area where I had a very bothersome pain and made me feel so much better.Thanks to both of them for helping me alíviate this problem I have been having for a long time.I want to say that I appreciate very much the speedy attendance I receive every time I have been to the center. I practically don’t waste any time waiting in the office. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Melissa, Joss, Laura, Manny, & Sam have made my recovery a lot easier. The staff is awesomely friendly and welcoming. They listen to every concern and answer all my questions in a manner that is easy for me to understand. They also walk me through each exercise I need to complete. Best location and staff. Such a great work environment and learning experience while volunteering there! Not only do they give you the experience to succeed in this competitive field but they also entrust you with a hefty amount of responsibilities to allow you to grow as a health professional. Making relationships with patients is easy due to the friendly atmosphere. I definitely enjoyed my 6 months working there and would highly recommend anybody to visit this clinic whether youre a student or patient!

This Cora location works together as team from the front desk to the therapists. There is always a welcoming feeling throughtout the clinic. Everyone works hard to make the patient feel satisfied during treatment and scheduling. I had therapy for my ankle and i was very pleased and happy of the outcome and the dedication the therapist had while treating me. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Very helpful staff and a great place. Everyone here works together to make sure you make progress and do better every visit. They explain every excersise and its purpose so you know exactly what you are doing. I came for a fractured knee and they helped with every step of the way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needed therapy. The therapist are all great and the scheduling is very flexible.

Over the last few months (August 2017- December 2017), I had the pleasure of interning at Cora. The physical therapists (Jocelyn, JC, Laura), Physical therapy assistant (Alex), the technicians (Stefania, Melissa and Miguel) and intern (Marco) were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The clinic is well kept, and the care for the patients beyond notable. I am more than thankful for the experience I had at this clinic.

Ive been coming to therapy for two weeks now several times a week and I love it! Te staff is very knowledgable, personable and helpful. They are attentive and they make sure youre getting the help and attention you need. The therapy always varies and they make sure to keep It interesting and challenging thus helping you get better faster.

Very bad place, I feel bad for the therapists that work there because they are very good but when it comes to the girls that work at the front they totally like lost..they dont really know how the place really works I called before going and they gave me a price and explained but when we got there they were totally lost!! They told me that they didnt know anything about they price someone gave me over the phone and it looked like I was in another planet!!..they were only talking about their life and their kids but were not paying attention to us..so we went in amd paid the amount they told me over the phone and left but today they called me twice one to confirm the appointment for tomorrow but the 2nd time was to tell me that they were not doing the plan payment that they had already confirmed with me the other day over the phone and in person, they wanted me to pay $80.00 per visit!!! Tell you very professional right??? They dont know what they are doing there to bad there is not a professional person in charge of that place!!!! Never again!! And look out for scam places like this one!!!

I have been in therapy at CORA in the Kendal area since January, 2018 after a fall at my house and subsequent surgery on January 26th. I received therapy at other CORA and similar facilities in the past but my personal experience at this CORA location has been the best. This is by far the most professional, caring and encouraging staff that I had the pleasure of meeting.Joycelyn, Alex, Laura and Megan (as well as their assistants) have helped me with my goals. Every one has his/her own style but they are all equally committed to give the clients the best chance of being functional and to stretch his or herself to obtain the best outcome. I am very pleased with my progress and recommend this group of professionals who need this type of service. Absolutely among the best in South Florida to accomplish the goal of being yourself again. Joc (as shes called) has been my personal Physical Therapist, and I strongly recommend her knowledge of how to tackle the running injuries Ive accumulated over the years. She is an excellent listener, always attentive to my pains and concerns, and her positive and happy attitude make it a pleasure to come in and work on my issues together. Ive been coming in for almost four weeks now, and Ive seen a tremendous amount of progress (now back to running in the 9 min/mile range again!). I first interned at CORA Physical Therapy in Kendall on August 2017- December 2017. Throughout my time here, I saw a variety of patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Specifically, with the help and diverse knowledge of my supervisor, Jocelyn Lara, DPT, I was able to go through an invaluable experience that helped me grow through patient advocacy and profesional accountability in physical therapy. The rest of the staff in the clinic (Alex, Melissa, Laura, JC, Miguel, Alexa, and Stefania) have been nothing but supportive, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic in my experience. I’m more than grateful and thankful that I have had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing clinic. All in all, a clinic that is 100% recommended.

This rehab facility is the best I have ever been to in my 81 years. I came to rehab a partiallyntorn musclemin my hip and have had numerous sessions there. The equipment is excellent, The staff across the board is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and caring.Joscelyn Lara, PhD, gives personal,attention to all patients in supervising and directing the staff of well qualified employees and some interns from FIU. The administrative staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. All in all, a top flight facility I would recommend highly without reservation.
