Great programs for person with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities

They did not help my 19 years old autistic son, who is non verbal, best buddies is the worse, they will not work with non verbal or the more low functioning special needs people, they only work with the easy people. I wanted some life skills and job training for my son and they refused me the help. i requested a buddy for my son, and one of there people said they could not provide the buddie, because my son was aggressive. this is a bad place.

I havent gotten an answer back from them.
