I had a great experience in the Locatel pharmacy, I went looking for vitamins, and the person that help me was amazing. She explained to me everything about the different between vitamins and the importance of them to our bodies. I recommend this place because they have good products and the customer service is excellent. Finally, when I went to pay I spoke with the Pharmacy doctor called Tania and she was incredibly helpful and kind.

I had one of fhe greatest services i have ever received in my life in a pharmacy. The pharmacist assisted me with a product i need from outside the counter and help me find another one for my condition, she was very professional. Also the pharmacy was very organized and with lots of products that you regularly dont find easily in other pkaces. In general the personal was very corteous and familiar.

Amazing they have what CVS, Walgreens, PUblix Pharmacy do not have looking specifically for Pedialite pediatric no flavor....and always have it in stock...congratulations keep up the good work....Btw customer service excellent....and I must add cant believe the bad reviews given to Locatel Pharmacies in this forum....let me say that the person I have spoken almost in every phone call made is with Ms Nilda Gonzalez and always has been very attentive and professional....going out of her way trying to find if the Pedialite that every so often we by has more in stock than what they only have in the shelves to the public....is a pleasure to patronage Locatel Pharmacy....sometimes I believe these forums are used very unfairly by competitors to diminish and harm a particular vendor lets keep that in mind...is a knife of double edge.. lets be fair here people.....there is a lot of evil out there and ill intended folks...but all that does returns back to the originator.

My name is Deborah Biscella. I have been getting my diabetic supplies from us med for several years. The last two times I have needed these I have had problems. In Jan I had to call 2 to 3 times before receiving them. Over a month ago I had a recorded call asking if I was ready for supplies and I answered yes. Never received them. Last week I again called and was assured they were being shipped. Still no supplies!! Yesterday, April 24, I once again called and was told the supplies were being overnighter and I would have them this morning. It is now after 3pm and SURPRISE NO SUPPLIES. I called and spoke with a gentleman that said he would speak with his supervisor and have them sent overnight. Not feeling reassured I then spoke with a supervisor, or so she said, and was advised the supplies would be overnighter once again. What is the problem with this company? Anyone getting supplies, or not, should register complaints with them. I figure Noone in management will read this but I urge any customer having this problem to bombard them with complaints. I am also posting this to facebook and any other site I can.

I called to let them know I just got out of a surgery. They closed at 6pm today. I was Omw, I got there at 5:54pm they had already closed the door and would not respond to my knocking. Terribly upsetting knowing that I called. This is a place that does not care at all.

Expensive, unreliable and disorganized. I bought a recipe to send to Venezuela. They have not delivered after 2 weeks, They do not coordinate with their other pharmacy in Venezuela or care at all. I have being calling at Miami and Venezuela everyday.They do not call you back to provide status of your purchase and They do not have a basic webpage to check status.

Customer service via phone is terrible.I was online for almost an hour. Three ladies attended to me, they did not even let me state my need. I bought a product, an extended gripper to be used by an older person 82 years old, this product was not useful, I came to return the item and they do not let me do it because the manager is not here, nobody knows what time she comes or when she will be in the store and when asked who is in front of the store they answer that NO ONE. I am super disgusted with the treatment received, I consider it a lack of respect.

Attention is too pessimistic. The manager doesnt solve anything for you. And how is a store not going to accept returns of a defective product? I bought medicated compression stockings and the same day I put them on they got robbed. Everything they sell is of poor quality.
